Great location and I liked the outdoor balcony area for afternoon sun.

Minimal privacy. All rooms face each other and pool next to reception. Very old run down property. I had to move rooms because there were tomcat bugs in my bed. These are very dangerous bugs that leave acid burns on your skin. I stayed 5 nights and housekeeping never came to offer clean towels, collect rubbish or clean.

The room is actually quite nice with pool view and very helpful and nice staffs. I spent nyepi there and they really helped us a lot. Props for that. However the bathroom and the faucet could use some deep cleaning, and the room also smells damp — the aircon helps with the smell although I had to buy some diffuser to make the smell fully gone away.

It was so lovely from the moment I stepped in. I got a coconut on arrival and the staff were so sweet. Room was so large and had everything I needed including a hairdryer ! Would 100% recommend

The staff were lovely, the location was close to everything you needed. Brilliant value for money, will be back next time I come to canggu.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.The shower was dirty and had a very pungent smell of mildew especially after showering. The AC was leaking. At night there was some sort of animals crawling in the ceiling scratching the floors.. i thought they were going to come out the vent in the bathroom.. very eerie feeling. Wouldn’t recommend this place for more than one night

Despite complaints, your administrator witnessed this and did nothing to address the issue.This is unacceptable. I expect immediate action to ensure safety and comfort for all guests.

Good location, shop, laundry and cafes nearby Can walk to many place and the beach

Not clean. Sheets dirty, bathroom dirty. Room didn’t get refreshed whilst I stayed. There is a bar across the road which plays extremely loud music until early morning which kept me awake most nights. Hot water only worked for 2 nights then was cold the rest of the time.

Bed is really comfy

It’s moldy and there’s a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Stayed in many different homestays around canggu and this one is by far the worst.They are not cleaning your room unless you ask and then it’s only a super basic cleaning. We had shitstains in the toilet from the previous guest.

The staff are so so lovely, they were one of the highlights of my trip! It has the best location, and amenities are so helpful with the cafe / bar adjoined plus with the supermarket and laundry metres away it really was perfect! Plus a huuuge bed :)

Really disappointing experience.Booked the “pool view, ground floor room, with terrace” on arriving we was led upstairs to the back of the property down a tiny corridor to a dark dusty room, with a window facing the wall. No where near the pool or ground floor. We showed them our booking and explained this is not the room we paid for. (This room we got wasn’t on the descriptions to even book) They said “sorry all those rooms are full” and that was it.The room we was given, the key did not work, I went back to reception and had to wait as they were checking in 2 separate guests and leading them into the rooms downstairs we had booked by the pool. So they clearly lied to us about them being full.We asked to check out and receive a refund but he said “okay I will give you a room upstairs overlooking the pool” we agreed. He tried to open this room door and couldn’t get in, a guest then came to the door looking very confused as to why me and the staff member were trying to break into his room. So unorganised. They then moved us to the other side with a back window not facing a wall but still no pool view or terrace / seating area.No partial refund was offered or any complimentary breakfast due to their errors. We paid the same price as everyone else!I know when booking “budget accommodation” you don’t expect it to be perfect but basic hygiene and organisation is needed no matter what. Felt like they lure you in with the nice photos and then just shove you in a dirty dusty room, not what you booked. Room was absolutely filthy. So glad we didn’t book more than 2 nights!!

Lots of noise from the road. The breakfast was not 75.000 rp as stated on the booking.com website but 100.000rp. Hot water supply was not stable. A/C leaking.

That staff was friendly and helpfully when it’s needed. They made vouchers for breakfast for us.

AC was leaking all the time. too dark room. It was mentioned that they have high-speed internet but it’s totally not true.

Location. The bar downstairs (KUBU) is awesome. good pricing and value options. The staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

There is a pool (that's what attracted me in the pix). pretty in real life but cold! no one using it or near it unless smoking. One should expect it to be warmer to encourage entry. My room was mostly ok, BUT: a. no fridge, b. the shower curtain frame was collapsing but holding (not good presentation - not a difficult/expensive fix either - surprising).
