- Honestly, everything else. The staff aren’t as friendly as they were in other places, I understand the language barrier but it wasn’t that, they’re just not nice enough to work in hospitality. Not helpful at all, not with luggage not with anything. Lazy. Also, the place is quite run down and a bit depressing, definitely too expensive for what they offer. You can get WAY better places for this money in Bali. Also, they said the water was included but they charged us. Never again!

Bed clothing and towels you could tell were very old and had stains on them (although were clean I’m sure). No daily room cleaning either as I had in other guest houses. keep in mind the road that you walk down to get to shops etc is very dodgy. No street lights so is very dangerous at night (as there is much traffic) do be careful.
