It was calm, clean, peaceful and the overall mood you get is positive once you get to the property.

None really. Just that one moment with the gym attendant who was not considerate to let me finish my gym routine 15 mins (maybe less) after closing time.

Staff were exceptional. Friendly and could not have done more to make our stay a great one

spacious, clean room, extraordinary staff, communication via whatsapp, outstanding breakfast and free cocktails, helped me print out a document, free zycle class which was a lot of fun, close to beach

Amazing hotel totally worth the money. The breakfast is a la carte with a big variety of options. The staff was friendly was constantly checking on us to make sure we had a great stay. The location is good as well, lots of restaurants and a beach nearby.

The noise from the nearby bars at night was the only downside.

-Location close to the beach-Facilities like pools are nice-Bar and restaurant nice too-Gym is ok for a very basic workout

-Slow response sometime on whatsapp chat during the stay-Gym can be improved with few machines since there is plenty of space unused

Room was nice and spacious and cool. Breakfast was excellent every day, plenty of choices. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Even arranged some b-day flowers that exceeded my expectations. The gym was nice. The atmosphere was buzzing with a digital nomad presence, but plenty of quiet spaces for the guests and several small pools. It's 100m from a surf beach with about 100 surf schools. There are other hotels and small eateries close by.

It's a bit far from 'the center' ...10-15 mins walking, which wouldn't be bad but (1) the heat and (2) some of the streets are poorly lit, no sidewalk and 1,000 scooters whizzing by. (It's only 50k (USD$3) by Grab car, less with a scooter.) No ATM nearby, but that seems to be the norm in Bali. The closing out the bill part of the café was always uncertain since they don't ask for signatures, just add to the room, and they ask your room number several times.

Loved the vibe of the hotel and its location! Great restaurant too and tons of yoga studios around

Some facilities were closed for upgrading but that happens. Great hotel otherwise!

Room was very clean and comfortable. If you hesitate for any bugs or something, don’t worry it’s a safe place. We stayed in an ocean view room which is perfect. Breakfast was amazing, everything we had was delicious. Complementary cocktail every evening was very good.Staff are friendly as always.Location is perfect for all the good restaurants and bars.

The only thing is that water is not draining in the bathroom. But there is no bad smell.

The best hotel in Canggu! The location, comfy of the rooms, the pools (river pool was our favourite), the staff…everything was so great? you will have complimentary cocktails every day! The breakfast is served at ZIN Cafe and you can choose from the menu

The property was beautiful! Very quick direct walk to the beach! Many different pools, wonderful spa, great restaurant. We loved it!

Nothing it was great!

The staff are very helpful and friendly, the hotel has a spa, gym and cafe. You can get food delivered to the pool or your room. The complimentary breakfast choices were outstanding especially the French toast.Perfect location. I did Pilates and reformer nearly every day, very responsibly priced and good instructors. The gym could do with more machines as it only has 1 treadmill, could also be nice to offer PT sessions at a additional charge

Noise coming from somewhere outside of the hotel in the early morning, I was ok with ear plugs but if you’re a light sleeper this could be a problem- sound proof windows are needed. A bad smell in the room coming from outside Beds around pool aren’t comfortable they need a cushion added to them.

Very organized, clean and comfortable. Our room had access to one of the pools which was very nice. The rooms have anti noise windows which helped a lot since there was a very loud party event nearby.

Clean and updated property with many amenities on site. Booked a cycling and Pilates class at their gym which was great. Restaurant was amazing with good portions and decent pricing. Staff were exceptional, so kind and so attentive. Room was amazing too. Beach is so close to the resort too. The spa was nice, we booked massages daily. We didn’t really leave Zin to explore Canggu much at all our first few days in Bali because the resort had everything to help us rest and recover from jet lag - amazing way to reset and kick off a trip here.

Room has a few windows that are slatted (not glass) which means that sound can be heard from other guests. It didn’t become a problem for us but I found it unusual to hear people walking by the toilet.

Some time you hear some construction sounds, but it’s only for afternoon and I believe Bcs they are finish the rooftop bar… depend where is your room…

The villa is very nice and comfortable. I loved the pool. The location is also great, very close to Canggu Beach. Overall the resort has a very cool vibe. I booked the complimentary cycle class which was a great idea. The stuff is also amazing. They helped us rent a scooter for 2 days. Anything you need they immediately help you with. I highly recommend the place.

The room was very clean and spacious and the pools as well as the hotel’s aesthetic was very relaxing! We even tried their massage and it was so good. They even bring breakfast to the room if u need.

There was a bit of construction ongoing but we only heard it once during our stay.
