Flooring in the bathroom can be upgraded but that’s very minor. Amazing place overall and bathroom was otherwise great too

Stayed here recently and honestly loved it. The place has such an easy, welcoming vibe. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfy, and had everything we needed. The pool area was beautiful we loved chilling on the comfy sun beds. Staff were lovely and always happy to help out with anything. It’s also so close to so many great cafes, restaurants and night life but still super peaceful, really couldn’t ask for more.

Stayed here with my girlfriend and we both loved it. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool area was great for relaxing, and the whole place has an easy, laid-back vibe. Location is spot on its close to cafes and shops but still nice and quiet. The staff were awesome, super friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Great location, very comfortable and clean rooms with everything you need, and really lovely, attentive staff. It was such a nice place to escape back to after a busy day - a little oasis!

The Palms was such a great find. The whole place has this calm, welcoming energy that makes it easy to relax. Our room was bright, comfortable, and super clean you can tell they take care of everything here. I loved chilling by the pool each morning, then being able to walk to so many great cafes and shops. The staff were genuinely friendly and made the whole experience even better. Honestly, it’s one of those places you leave already thinking about when you can come back.

From the moment we arrived, I knew we’d picked the right spot. The vibe is relaxed but still feels cared for in every detail. Our room was spotless, with plenty of space and natural light. The pool area quickly became our favourite place to hang out, and it was never crowded. Location is perfect its close enough to walk to great cafes and shops, but still quiet enough to feel like an escape. The team here are warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Stayed here with my boyfriend and we both really loved it. The place has this calm, easygoing feel that made us relax straight away. The room was clean and bright and had everything we needed in it. The pool was amazingly beautiful surrounded by lush gardens everywhere and had amazingly comfortable day beds to chill on. Staff were super friendly and I loved how it was so close to all the best cafes and restaurants. We’d definitely come back next time we’re in Canggu.

My partner and I stayed here for a few nights (we ended up extending) and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was soooo comfortable, everything was really clean and well taken care of. We spent a lot of time by the pool or walking to nearby cafes. The team were lovely and always happy to help. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

The pool was the inly good thing

The room they gave us had mold and the staff were brushing it off saying its “humidity” the shower floor was very unclean to the point i didn’t even try to stand there. They offered drinking water in the fridge infused with mint and lemon but the water bottle holder smelled like rotten milk on both of the bottles. My last straw tbh was the bathroom t was leaking i went to the reception asking for another room they were like we’re fully booked and we’ll refund you, i told them to give me 30 minutes to look for a hotel and during those 30 mins a room out of nowhere was vacant. All in all I DO NOT RECOMMEND Also the place is very tucked in you will

Honestly, this place was such a vibe. My partner and I felt relaxed the second we arrived. Everything was super clean, the pool area was gorgeous, and the whole space felt really well thought out. The team were so lovely too, like genuinely kind, which made a big difference. Wish we’d booked a few extra nights!

Absolutely beautiful! Loved my stay and everything about it. The hotel is a walk away distance from all the cafes and restaurants yet very peaceful and calm. Clean and cozy comfortable rooms equipped with all requirements (towels, kettle, mini fridge, etc). Loved the showers skylight.Clean swimming pool with this cool book shelves where you can grab a book and read. The staff are genuinely kind and very helpful always making sure you’ve got everything you need.Worth every night really.

the location is very close to some beaches and the street is full of different places for breakfast. There was no noise. staff are always smiling and helping you out. During a day they even treat you with small pcs of fruits like watermelon, pineapple which was really unexpected act. rooms are clean, pool is superb. people living there are all quite and nice.

wifi needs a little bit more speed. sometimes it buffers when you are watching movies

The Decor was outstanding, the shower very powerful and all exceptionally clean, the grounds are stunning.

The location isn’t the best but it is only a 15 minute walk to busy parts, or just get a grab

Clean and affordable. Everything is close by. Definitely do try out the restaurant/cafe around the corner if you stay here :)

Woke up every morning smiling. The setting was peaceful, the staff were genuinely kind, and the entire atmosphere just felt right. It’s the kind of place that instantly puts you at ease, where time slows down in the best way possible. Every detail, from the room layout to the way the garden is maintained, felt intentional and thoughtful. It wasn’t just a stay, it was a reset. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and already dreaming about coming back.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few nights and absolutely loved it. The vibe was so calm and relaxing, and the whole place had this effortless style that just felt right. The room was super clean and comfortable, and we spent hours by the pool just unwinding. Staff were lovely and made us feel really welcome from the start. Honestly, it was one of the highlights of our trip, we already want to come back.

Absolutely amazing!!! The facilities and location are fantastic. So quiet and peaceful yet it’s in walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. The staff are so helpful and kind. We loved it so much we came back a 2nd time. Could not recommend this place enough. We look forward to coming back again in the future. Thank you !
