I was attacked by another guest in the early hours of the morning and did not receive any help from the hotel staff. Despite asking for multiple reassurances about the hotel's safety and being told it had 24-hour security, no one came to my aid when the guest banged on my door loudly enough to wake me from my sleep. I tried to seek help by going downstairs, but I was knocked out. Only then did the hotel staff come to my aid. I had to leave the hotel in a hurry with a concussion and a 4cm hematoma. I was not provided with any help. When I contacted the hotel to provide me with CCTV footage, I was ignored. They tried to downplay the entire situation and made it seem like the guest's actions were acceptable. This hotel is definitely not safe for female solo travellers.

Very friendly staff, and an amazing location. Considering the price, I was thrilled with the pool area and included breakfast.

Breakfast only serves smoothie bowls, however I would have loved if there was the option for some simple toast or eggs, even a coffee machine for espresso would have been ideal. The coconuts are served cold, this was a great way to start my day.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Great value for money. Perfect location not too far from anything! Staff were very nice and friendly, some very cute dogs at reception too.

My room on the ground level experienced seepage from the bathroom drainage system due to bad weather and the ongoing floods in most area in Bali. This situation made me slightly uncomfortable as some water pooled on the floor of the room.Nevertheless, I understand that the bad weather and flooding are natural disasters affecting many regions in Bali over the past few weeks. The hotel staff made efforts to assist by promptly cleaning the water and providing a replacement room on a higher floor.

This was my second visit, and once again, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel has clearly made some updates since my last visit, and I was impressed with the new bathroom design The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of smoothie bowls, kombuchas and some vegan products Overall, a pleasant experience, and I look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommend!

The overall experience was enjoyable, but the parking lot for scooters was a bit messy during my stay. It seems the high demand of the holiday season contributed to the issue, as the space felt overcrowded and not as organized as expected.That said, the rest of the hotel services met expectations, and I appreciated the effort the staff put into maintaining other aspects during such a busy time. A little more attention to the scooter parking area would make future stays even better.

This is my second visit to Canggu, and this hotel never disappoints. Their vegan bar absolutely mesmerized me!

Their rooftop is under maintenance and is not functioning yet, so there’s no sunset experience on the rooftop, which makes me a bit sad. Fortunately, I can watch the sunset with just a 3-minute walk to the beach.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Lovely pool area, great location and the staff were lovely too. Definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff at reception

Very outdated and poor cleaning. When I mentioned it to front desk they didn't understand. Room smelled very damp. Nothing had been cleaned properly and towels/ sheets smelled damp as well.
