Everything was outstanding. Food, room, staff, management, friendliness, food and drinks prices of food at hotel keep you eating your way in the hotel. Quality and taste outstanding.

The room has humidity and I suspect mold. I had an allergic reaction

Everything, but mostly the room, the hot tub and the lagoon pool.

Breakfast with a view was amazing. RIght on the beach. Pool area was lovely. Staff were so so friendly.

The only thing I can think of was that I thought the breakfast menu was slightly limited and the shower water got out into main bathroom area

Its very far from the city almost nothing next to it they have one bad restaurant that I couldn’t enjoy the food at they’re staff will smile and tell you sorry we can’t or we don’t have with big ugly smile at anything simple I requested

I have only limited mobility and this hotel has not provided any disabled access which made life difficult

I liked the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the beach, and the overall calm atmosphere despite the crowd. The team was very cooperative and helpful.

The price was very high for what was offered. The window in the room was extremely small, and the suite didn’t have a proper window facing the room. I personally enjoy having the bed near a large window with natural light, and this was missing . Also, the beach was beautiful but only suitable for surfing, not for swimming

The Location is good. Bathroom is spacious. Healthy breakfast.

Location of my room is very far from the lift. The room size is quite small.

Wow - it is such a beautiful place - would stay there everytime, staff were so nice! Lagoon pool was so nice, quiet & refreshing! Amazing sunsets. My Room was stunning! Breakfast was great & also had lunch at the Beach Club - really yum. Special mention to Tina at breakfast & Bayu by the pool// beach club.

The surrounds, design, interiors are all beautiful. The Lobby smells great. The rooms have very comfortable beds. The food is so delicious. We requested a late checkout as our flight wasn’t till late and luckily it was available. The room we stayed in had some wear and tear - but nothing to disrupt the pleasant stay.

The Como would be even better if it wasn’t in Canggu! There was a smell that would waft into the beach club area, which I think was either the creek or the garden ( usual bali smells that are not very easy to manage or avoid)

The location is very nice. Loads op food options close by. We were upgraded to a larger room. The basic twin rooms are too small and have no real window. As we were travelling as friends we wanted two beds. The basic twin rooms do not give you value for money. Luckily we were upgraded.

Another amazing stay! Staff are so friendly and accommodating! Nothing is ever too much for the staff, the facilities are great and the location is perfect!

The service at the pool area was slow. Our room had very small windows and no outside area

How big the pool was, the incredible staff, how lovely the beach bar was, the gym and the swinging chairs.

There was a rather long wait for food and one food mix up to our room. However the team made every effort to fix it and assist us.

Outstanding service from all staff i interacted with - including security guards and housekeeping. Got very ill on my last day before my flight back and one of the staff went over and above to make sure I got some ginger tea and toast to help me feel better. All compliments from the hotel. Also absolutely loved the mango chia pudding at breakfast! Great gym and fantastic location!

Maybe we were just unlucky and the circumstances turned out this way, but:1. I’ve stayed in over 100 hotels around the world, and this was the first one where I was asked for a deposit of 2,000,000 IDR. That’s just ridiculous, especially considering how poor the room was.2. The room was old, dark, and absolutely not worth the money. For example, you couldn’t turn on the bathroom light without lighting up the whole room. The view was of a wall. Despite many other empty rooms being available, we were refused a change.3. I booked a room with two separate beds, but was given one bed with two mattresses. That was completely unacceptable to me. When I asked the front desk about it, the girl responded with complete indifference, saying they had no rooms with twin beds. When I pointed out that this option was available on Booking.com, she didn’t care at all.4. No one came to clean the room during our two-day stay, nor did anyone even offer to do so.5. In Bali, the service is usually excellent everywhere—but clearly not at this hotel’s front desk. The receptionist always looked either tired and sad or just indifferent. I’ve experienced far better service at places four times cheaper.6. In the café and by the pool, we had to literally dance to get someone’s attention to take our order. And when I asked for draft beer, I was told it had suddenly run out.
