Located adjacent to train station, hotel dinner is inexpensive by Venice standards.

Air conditioning was barely sufficient to cool our room slightly in 30 degree Celsius weather, door to bathroom did not stay closed, our room was also infested with ants.

Good hotel with nice rooms at affordable prices. Very kind staff. Very close to a bus stop and a train station to Venice, which can be reached in a few minutes by bus or train.

Some renovations would benefit this hotel, which, however, is still a very nice place to be.

The Heating system didn't work, I reported it twice and no one did anything about that,staff was polite and the breakfast buffet was basic but very nice ,the rooms were clean but I had a bad experience because beside the weather when I visited was cold also the hotel was cold so that also the feeling it left ,also got a cold after as a family beside one of us who resisted and didnt get a sore throat and cough.Booking didnt help at all to intervene just blamed the hotel and said they dont respond to Booking when trying to contact them!Also Booking offered a 19$ refund ,these guys are so modest haa

The availability in high season and the price for value, for the high season. The staff was very nice too

Rooms are outdated. The bidet was located about 16 inches from the front of the toilet making it a tight squeeze to sit on the toilet because your knees were hitting the bidet.

I could hear everything from the other rooms and the hallway. And I mean everything.

The hotel is close to the bus station which goes directly to Venice (15 min). Close to some restaurants, staff at the reception very kind.

The room should be cleaned better, the staff at the breakfast was rude and loud. Poor variety of food for breakfast, no warm options, no vegetables.

Smell and humidity in the room. no ventilation in the shower.

Terrible

AC not cooling as it supposed to. Fan in the bathroom not functioning so we had to use bathroom in the common area. Black small insect colony biting a lot in room 102. Ants in room 101. Instead of changing the room or fixing the problems we were constantly promised to fix but never did. No anti mosquito net on the windows in this area where mosquitos are constant known problem.

- very nice staff- parking available (at home we don't drive much, so finding a parking while on holliday can add to the stress) - practically at Mestre train station to Venezia- some details may need uplift but everything was clean and tidy- even with limited space for 4 there was enough equipment to put and hang stuff- nice surroundings

For more nights the space for family might be limited, but that was not our case.

Gentleman who checked us in (evening) was so friendly and made our stay special! Very close to the train station.

Very small rooms. The quadruple room we booked didn’t have any place to walk. The bathroom was tiny. The shower area was so congested to take a shower. The rooms are really small. The breakfast was also very poor. Will not go back again

We liked the location, because we were going to Venice during the day and it was only 10 mins bus ride and the bus stop was right in front of the hotel. The rooms were also clean. And bed were comfy.

There was lots of noise from other rooms, but it wasn’t hotels fault, there was a bus full of teenagers arrived at the same day and were staying there at the same time and the hotel stuff did everything to keep the noise low.

It’s an older property. For the price it was good

The parking is not guaranteed. We had to park in the street when we arrived late. The front desk woman was kind enough to move her car the next morning so that we could park our in the secure parking while we visited Venice
