Antica Villa Graziella Venice by ATIKA & ATIF Hotels

The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially with directions into Venice. Room was spacious compared to other European rooms. Ensuite bath was very roomy. Exterior landscaping was very nice.

No English language TV.

The place was very nice and clean and even with a solo room I had a full bathroom which was very nice. The staff were excellent! I had delays in my flights and even though I arrived a couple minutes past check in, I let them know and they waited for me. They also provided a nice breakfast and made fresh cappuccinos or espressos for guests. Overall a great stay!

Excellent location, 15 mins away from Venice by bus. The staff was helpful and professional. The room was warm and clean. Great value for money!

Cleanliness; location, parking

Room was just what I wanted...spacious and bright! I usually don't select places with an attached breakfast but I did partake in the offerings which were nicely varied. Other than in the breakfast room I wasn't really aware of the other guests so the soundproofing is good. Just a few minutes walk to the bus when I was leaving too (probably should have investigated options when I was arriving!

The staff were very welcoming and polite, especially Mr. Alamgir — he was exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the location is great.Overall, I really liked this hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like was the toilet and shower — the facilities were a bit old, but they were clean.

Wonderful staff, great location for getting to Venice, and not far from the train station. An Uber ride to the airport was 42 euros.

Or sink and shower had almost no water pressure. It was very difficult to rinse all the soap off in the shower. Then, the last shower on the last day was wonderful! Not sure what happened, but something changed. I should have told the front desk to start with.

Chipping paint on walls and baseboards. Bugs on the floor. No blankets. Asked to accommodate my daughter and self with twin beds. The twins could have been easily separated but no additional sheets provided.

CleanHost is friendly and honest.Even after checking out, we have the option to park in front of the hotel.Bangladeshi host is helpful and very kind; he gave us information about unsafe spots and offered to store our backpacks in the hotel even though we had checked out.The hotel was not only affordable but also provided comfortable facilities.It was the best two-star hotel.The breakfast was both delicious and filling.Near trams and buses.Near supermarkets.

The breakfast restaurant is a bit cramped. The host said that parking is not secure, so all belongings must be secured inside the property.

The Antica Villa Graziella is located in a quiet area of Venice- Maghera and about 10-15 minutes walk from the train station. Bus and trams to Venice are quite close by although we did not use them. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast spread was very good. Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance and generally the area is a pleasant tree lined residential one.

Our room was okay but perhaps in need of some updating. The ensuite shower room was a tight fit and certainly needed more up today sanitary ware. The rather old looking plug-in mosquito repellant was not effective - definitely need to take your own!
