The location is very good. Bus stop right in front of the Hotel and it takes you to the Historiy Center in ten minutes. You can also walk to Mestre train station. The price was very low so if you are looking for economy it¿s a good choice.

The room was very small. Hair dryer, safe box and internet connection did not work. They charged me the room twice . I hope I get my credit.

All tile floors, it was great for being clean but not to dampen the noises.

The noise level of the hotel. 1 room was having a great time for over 3 hours. Talking loudly until 1 am. It was impossible to sleep through. I felt like I was in the room with them.

A/C was not working properly

The location is the only good thing about this hotel.

I normally don't give bad ratings to a hotel unless it's a disaster. I'll list all the things so the future travelers can make an informed decision.1. The walls are paper thin, we could hear the snoring of the person next to us. We could also hear the flush from the room above us (we are on the 1st floor)2. The bathroom is the tiniest thing you'll ever see. With only 1 mirror in the bathroom (and none in the room) we literally had to take turns to see ourselves in the mirror to get ready.3. They didn't give us the "Do not disturb" sign and as a result, every single day someone would barge in our room for cleaning (without waiting for an answer after knocking), they would literally barge in the next second (even when we were saying no cleaning)4. When you want to check-in, the time is 3pm but the checkout time is 10 am in the morning and we got a call from reception at 10.15 am for checkout (all the hotels I stayed at, they never called after 15 minutes for check-out).5. Every single day we (me and my partner) will wake up at 7/8 am because of the noises from outside the room.

The lady receptionist was very nice. She is so helpful and does her job very well. The location is close to the metro station. For one night stay I could say that the value for money is fair.

The property is near the train station (the one before the station of the Venice island). We got two rooms and the rooms we requested was granted - to be on the top floor). The street is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are practical and basic, almost plain but it is simple. The bathroom on one of our rooms is big.

The room is kinda small but workable. Could benefit from a renovation to make the rooms beautiful and warm-looking.

It is very close to Mestre train station that goes to Venice.

False fire alarm in the middle of the night.Technician repaired a too loud fuse box by jamming a coin into it - scary.

It is more like a hostel. Narrow hallways and tiny rooms with no closets and very little space to put away your suitcase.Breakfast in another hotel across the street. Nothing fancy but dirty plates.Bad ventilation of the room.

The ratio price for value as expected, i.e. nothing special. Breakfast was descent enough.

I found some cream remains on the TV remote control (ok, I hope it was a cream…).So I just put it aside, anyways I came there not for the TV. But there is a room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.

The location very close to Mestre station is great. The people on reception were very polite and helpful.

The bedrooms are very small and quite tired. There was only one power socket and that was not next to the bed. A double room hardly has any space to open your case. The shower cubicle is tiny.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was poor, the staff made questionable decisions, and the cleanliness was far below standard. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or professional stay.

Great location very close to rail station. Good value for money and very comfortable.

The location is really good.

The hit on the bedroom was too hot. We turned off the hit, but the bedroom was too hot all night and gave me headache.

It was in the perfect location, buses to Venice stopped across the street. Great value for the stay. The place was clean and I am glad I chose this hotel rather than just listen to the negative comments.

The receptionist was helpful however he could have been friendlier. The room was clean, a bit strange how the room was arranged, maybe this can be fixed, if they put 2 small bedside tables on both sides of the bed, 2 single beds were pushed together and the mattresses were sliding. I would say more or less small and positive critics to give.
