The location was great. The housekeeping ladies were exceptional.

Communication with the staff was an issue as the staff members hardly understand English language

The hotel isn’t new, but it’s lovingly maintained. Furniture and plumbing are in good shape, and the hosts are incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to help. Breakfasts are made with real care.

No major downsides. The blanket was a bit too warm for Italy’s climate, and soundproofing could be better — you can hear neighbors.

The property is ideally located, with excellent access to public transportation — particularly buses connecting directly to Venice’s main station. This made traveling to and from the city both simple and efficient.The hospitality was exceptional. The staff were consistently courteous, attentive, and eager to assist with any requests or local recommendations. Their professionalism and warmth created a very welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay.The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a pleasant environment to relax after a day of exploring Venice. An additional advantage is the availability of private parking, which is very convenient for guests traveling by car.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and outstanding service.

Breakfast had very very limited choices, nothing to compare to other 3 star hotels. No vegetarian option

Breakfast was very nice

Room and building was old and a little run down. Bed weren't that comfortable. Elevator didn't seem safe and way too small. Guy at reception could be nicer.

The location, pretty close to Bus station which takes to Venice. And Free Private Parking.Breakfast was really good.

Room was warm and the A/C control is not available in the room.

The bed was super comfortable. The bus stop (for a short ride) to Venice center was right around the corner and the hotel even sold the tickets for the bus. The breakfast was great!

Everything was great. The staff could have been a little bit more friendly, but we were completely satisfied with our stay.

This hotel is very clean. The breakfast ? is delicious, the staff are very nice. The next day of my stay I returned after a long day my room was clean with clean fresh towels. I love ❤️ it

The room was exactly as pictured and clean, not huge but large enough. The included breakfast was amazing, including different toasted sandwiches, croissants, cakes, juices, yoghurts, cereals, coffee/tea and cooked eggs. The location was within 5/10 minutes walking of a bus station, bringing you to Venice in about 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location was good, near the bus station to Venice. Room and bathroom was clean. Quite amd green zone. Breakfast was good, boiled eggs, sandwitches, pastries. We enjoyed the coffee, americano, it was very tasty. Everything was good. Staff was helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel !

The pillows were too hard for me.

Position of the hotel was really comfortable for visiting Venice, only took us 15 mins of bus ride. Staff was really helpful and friendly, breakfast has a decent selection and quite delicious with good coffee service too! Room has been cleaned during our stay and nothing to complain regarding our room.

There is nothing big to highlight. The syle of the hotel is old but cost but it's just a detail.

Good breakfast. There is a parking lot. Friendly staff. They do not charge extra for dogs. We liked it very much. Direct bus to Venice from the hotel. Very close. Recommended.

The room lacked a small refrigerator. But the rooms are very spacious. So a small refrigerator will not take up much space

Great value for money. Bus stop to Venice (bus number 6) is less than 5 minutes away and you can buy tickets at the hotel. It takes about 20 minutes to arrive to the island. Parking is behind the hotel. Breakfast includes different pastries, boiled eggs, cornflake etc. A large supermarket is ten minutes away by foot and a shopping mall is 5 minutes away by car.

There weren’t slippers and napkins in the room, and some oder amenities that assume to be in a hotel with 3 stars as it is advertised.

Great Location. Near to the local bus that brings you into the center of Venice. Hotel provides the necessary bus tickets at no extra costs.

Very friendly staff, the small bar at the reception offered us very nice coffee and bread. Several convenient bus lines near the hotel, can take you to the Venice island directly, compares to the expensive accommodation in the main island, it is a very nice and cost effective choice.

A nice hotel pretty close to bus stops from where one could get to Venice directly. The room was comfortable, very clean, and the stuff was really nice and helpful. Breakfasts were abundant, although mostly sweet. The choice of savory options was rather limited, and there were no veggies. Overall, I recommend the hotel.
