Hotel Mercure Venezia-Marghera

Very comfortable beds & room was clean. Great option to avoid staying in Venice. Was convient to get to Venice.

Large room, Clean, modern, free parking, friendly staff.

Mattress was a little firm for me.

The hotel is good. Staff is very friendly. Location is so-so. Breakfast was very good. Dinner was delicious but choice of dishes is small.

No have shoes cleaning machine or cleaning sets. General location is not so good but a bus stop is 6 min walking.

Very spacious. Very clean. Staff was very helpful.

The only thing i could complain about, and it’s not really a big deal, is that the mattress is a bit hard.

The hotel was pretty clean and had big beds and great baths. In was almost close to the public transport but traveling with the bus to Venice was a bit hard and the bus was very crowded. It also had a good breakfast.

The price was a bit too high for the hotel.

Clean, close to public transport- directLine to center of Venice. Nice breakfast.

Beds are very hard- i had trouble sleeping because of it.

Cleaning and the room service as we stayed for 6 nights, they changed the bed sheets only once.

The included breakfast was delicious and plentyful to anyone's liking. The variety of fruit juice was very delicious. There was so much to choose from it was difficult not to over eat each morning.

One of the front desk employees was not the most friendly or accomodating. The rest of the staff were wonderful and put in extra effort to ensure we had a great stay.

It Was comfortable and nice. The staff was very friendly and supportive.

We were expecting more for Italian meal.

Bar closed at 11 and limited code making facilities in the room. All hotels should have a Nespresso machine in the rooms by now!Although it looks like it’s on a big roundabout near the main road, you can’t get to it from there… actually quite difficult to find if you don’t have satnav (which my aged parents don’t have!)

Paper cups in room for tea and coffee was VERY poor although being renewed daily, this is cheap and nasty

We were very happy with the room. It was a pity that there was not an open bar or restaurant on our arrival. But, overall we were well received and we enjoyed the stay furthermore.

The breakfast was not the best - we expected live cooking. :-)

It was hard to find the entrance for car parking, not all navigators would make the correct route.Also, you can’t get any food, if you come late.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Parking was easy. Check-in and check-out was smooth.

Okay-ish place that looks tailored for business or other organized trips. Reception is prepared for handling all the papers for Venice, including bus tickets for bus stop ~10min away on foot.

Good breakfast. You need to use Google maps to find the stop of the bus num 6 .It good to buy ticket for using public transport especially water boat number 1 for seeing Grand Canal .It's not far from central bus station.
