Almost every little detail. The location, the perfect beach, wonderful water park,amazing room, enough pool beds for everyone, ice cream shop wich perfectly suited for kids, all the pools, the goats on the mountain but above all -the people, absolutely lovely and helpful stuff!!!

Sound proofing is the only thing that needs upgrade. You can here the water running from the rooms next door.

It was huge, lots of pools, lots of surprises from the staff. Lots of options for literally everything. The staff was very nice

We both love pools but we couldn’t get into them they were too cold. Like an ice bath. And the food wasn’t great. Cocktails were strong but too sweet.

The hotel facilities were amazing! The hotel was fully booked but you didn't feel that! The water park was great , the room was nice and comfortable and the staff did everything they could to assist in everything we had asked for.We will definitely come back and try other hotels of Atlantica

The rooms were always cleaned and generally kept up.

Plates and glasses were not always clean, furniture in the restaurant is out-dated.The pool and surrounding could use some renovation. I personally am not a fan of algae on the walls of the pool a or around the drainage, or between tiles. The pool floor could also use some vacuuming.

the hotel is very well maintained, very beautiful with lots of beautiful pools, many sunbeds aroun the pools/ the waterpark looked great although we didnt really use is because my kids were to young to enjoy it. the minimum height to use the big slides needs to be above 1.20 cm. the room was beautiful and super clean and the staff was always siling and trying to help.

Great resort for families! The hotel was very clean and beautiful, the staff (all of them) were extremely nice! They helped us with everything request. You can choose one restaurant if staying for a few days, the Italian restaurant was amazing and the food was very good compared to the dining room. There are many pools and a lot of space for everyone.

I think the main issue for me was that they didn’t heat up the pools at all. We arrived at the beginning of June, it was hot outside but the pools were freezing and we couldn’t get in not even once during our stay. Also, one night it was raining, and it seems that the hotel is not equipped for that - they are closing everything and moved the evening event to the lobby which was small for the amount of people. Overall, I would not recommend arriving before it’s July- August. The food in the dining room was not amazing during launch and dinner, if you are vegetarian you don’t have many options (most night the vegan sections mostly included just vegetables… ) It is important to say that the staff try to assist me every night with making sure I have vegan options which I really appreciated.

The facilities compared to other hotels in Rhodes are very good, especially for families and young kids. The water park is a real winner.

The location and the food. Location is not really on a beach that is worth sitting on for any length of time. Also, it’s in an area with a lot of construction going on so the surrounding roads are dilapidated or just generally very messy, with building rubble and equipment all over the place. If you’re in the hotel, you obviously don’t notice it but if you want a hotel where you can go for a nice walk outside of the hotel, this is not it. The food was not 5 star - not by a long way. We found that the quality of the food and preparation was not up to standard and was 4 star at best.

The rooms are beautiful, I like the layout for the family room which leaves some privacy if you close the door to the child area. Initial room had an odd view of a patch of land not owned by the hotel but the hotel moved us on request with no issue. If you like afternoon sun I would recommend the sea view rooms facing the mountain which is a lovely view.The hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely. The buffet dinner was tasty although not much of an occasion meal. The a la carte are beautiful but open to the weather. The beach is not great - it isn’t run by the hotel but worth knowing if you want a lovely beach. There is a very nice beach 5 mins drive away (over one hour on foot due to mountain). The pools are very cold in April and more for a splash than a swim, a very small pool is slightly heated but still too cold for my kids. The water park is fantastic the kids loved it and so did I.The hotel is very busy in holiday times so there were occasionally long queues for ice cream or dinner. Overall a lovely hotel with some great elements and some downsides depending on your priorities.

The hotel itself is beautiful - the rooms are spacious and spotless. The pools all super clean and large. Good gym. Good food and excellent selection. Friendly staff usually. Very child oriented with kids bar and popcorn/ ice cream stand. Allergy awareness for us was outstanding - best I have ever seen in a hotel anywhere in the world.

The beach outside the hotel is a lovely little beach but when we were there always littered with random rubbish which could easily be picked up once a day by someone in the hotel to make the area so much better. There isn't much else to walk to in the local area so it is really important the beach is attractive. The pools were freezing and the temperature when we were there was generally cool- I think the hotel could provide some blankets for the off season to enjoy evening entertainment or outdoor dining. They could also properly heat at least one pool.

Communication was poor. Our rooms was not ready for a few hours after check in & then we were allocated another room and compensated with a free entry into an al carte restaurant on a night of our choosing (this did not happen). We booked the Italian al carte restaurant on our last night. The restaurant was closed due to bad weather, which wasn’t the hotel’s fault but no one thought to communicate this to us. We had not eaten dinner and we were so disappointed as we were starving. We headed to reception and was told there’s nothing we can do (with an attitude nonetheless). We found that not all hotel staff were friendly or welcoming. I think the hotel could do better in services & staff behaviour/morale as this resort is gorgeous but let down by its staff & communication.

Not much to be honest perhaps the restaurant staff and chefs making food for our 6 month old son

Would thoroughly recommend not booking this unless going with tui as all guests seem to be tui and have preferential treatment.No activities for normal booking.com customers and everything was closed “due to weather” but the minute more people showed up in half term everything opened despite “bad weather”

Everything was very good the staff were very nice and the room was very clean, it was a really great experience, this hotel is family oriented, there are a lot of options for kids.

Fabulous hotel. Very well thought out and perfect for families with young kids. Amazing pools and water park, and a lovely little beach. The food was great and always very varied, lots of options for fussy toddlers. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be returning.

Good pools, food was great, and close to beach

The family rooms are a bit tight. Didn't like the bathroom door ( it was glass and had no lock so easy for toddlers to go in) and gives you no privacy.

Excelent service and delicious meals. A la carte restorans the best. Pools are clean and safe for kids. Staff was welcoming and responsive. Good location, destination to sea coast very convienient and beach is one of the best in Rhodes. Our room was cleaned daily and compliments was left - fruits, sweets and drinks. Thanks for that!Drinks, food and gelato are excelent. Kids was happy. 5 of 5 stars from our friends and family, hope to come back once again. The weather was so good and sea water so warm. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location, excellent pools, other facilities and amazing a la carte restaurants

Some rooms in one of the buildings are right above the restaurant area and entertainment stage so it is extremely noisy there until the evening programme ends

Most of the staff was very helpful and nice. Especially in the reception and guest relations - they helped in any need, and even upgraded one of our rooms to help with some health issues.The water park was really great - for the kids and the adults. I really recommend it.I liked the cocktails, and the mocktails for kids were on the spot.

The food in the main restaurant was mostly bad. Most of the meat was either dry or too raw/soggy. There was high variability of food, but most of it didn't taste good at all. At the end I just skipped meals. I do recommend booking places in the special restaurants - there the food was actually good.The rooms had a common weird design - the bathroom door was half transparent. It was hard to live as a family in such a room. We had to go to the bathroom and shower in the dark to keep some privacy... Also we had to go there in the dark in the middle of the night so that we wouldn't fill the room with light... Very uncomfortable and embarrassing feature.There was scarcity in basic items - no teaspoons at the restaurant at all. Had to improvise to make a cup of coffee. No shampoo, only one soap for everything.

The snack bar/ Greek restaurant is a pool side bar which is extremely windy at night The kids club/ stage is in the centre of the hotel which is extremely loud and goes on until late into the evening (this ruins dinner in the Asian restaurant)
