Beautiful grounds and architecture. Quiet and peaceful. Staff was very accommodating.

The rooms are gorgeous.

The noise, the walls are very thin. I had to wear ear plugs on multiple nights. I could even hear someone next door open a can of drink it was that thin.

Wasn’t impressed with breakfast , mostly Asian , and even the pastries were hard and not fresh . Unfortunately the walls were really thin

The house keeping ladies were the best!

They take deposit from you and they wouldn’t give it back to you until the last day (we were left with thai money the last day and we couldn’t spend it). The front desk guy was so rude. The location is uphill, you can’t walk to the hotel. No access to the beach.

First time in Asia, i found this hotel charges for drinking water. 50ml bottle cost 50TBH. I stayed in other 2 nearby 4-5 star rated hotels, where it was much better. Breakfast was a limited spread. Notice signs reading every nook and corner reading “ Fine 2,000 Bhat for taking food outside” was not showcasing the reputation of this hotel. only 3 shuttle bus services to Patong beach that too only one way. All other hotels provide both way shuttle service that include hourly service.Since it is located on mountain top, walking from main road to hotel would be a task for kids and elderly. Overall acceptable stay. Staff are pleasant and smiling always. ?

Very nice hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful they make me and my family happy because the great service they provide Aum and Jai are friendly.

The location is just perfect, quiet and 5 min by car you arrive to Patong! Also 15 min bu car you arrive to Freedok beach which is amazing! I highly recommend this hotel! Beautiful, helpful and happy staff. The most beautiful room which opened up onto the pool. This hotel offers floating breakfast, beautiful cocktails and food in their restaurant. The hotel is situated up a small hill with amazing views. The hotel offers massages in the comfort of your room. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to Patong twice a day but you can also catch a grab or taxi which does not take too long. I would not recommended walking all the way into Patong as the road is busy. Thank you for our lovely experience, it was one of our favourite places to stay in Thailand during our 3 weeks here.
