Harmony Patong Hotel

Helpful staff, location walking distance to the Patong Beach chaos

Outdated interiors and a bit rough around the edges

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Hospitality done right! The room was spacious and clean, bed comfy and smart TV. We only stayed for one night but great location walking distance to banglor road etc and very good value for money!

Rooms were clean.

It was so loud, didn’t sleep at all. Staff didn’t care. Expensive hotel with zero service. No breakfast.

Clean rooms, solid wifi & A/C.

We confirmed an early check-in at noon which was not respected by the hotel. My kids slept on the lobby chairs for 3 hours waiting for our room, after a long-haul flight! Then the noise & music bar across the street (10 meters from our window) blocked us from sleeping during our stay. Safe was useless, not attached to anything. Staff was rude, unhelpful, unfriendly. Very expensive for what it is! Won’t return.

Amazing! Great staff super clean! Perfect facilities! I was super happy and could have stayed longer!

It’s not the properties’ fault but it is verrru noisy! The music (what sounds like practise) starts at 7.45 in the morning so if you’re a light sleeper, it’s going to annoy you

Location friendly staff

The mattress is too hard for my back

Location is great, generally clean and large rooms, staff is helpful.

There is a noise from across the street, makes sleeping a bit difficult. The staff is nice but doesn’t speak English very well.

The hotel located in good location and the staff were helpful. Room was clean.

Some facilities are not available in hotel, such as telephone in the room to contact reception and there is no restaurant in this hotel.

+ Refrigerator in room (but a little broken)+ Kettle in the room+ Good location+ Fast Wifi+ Free water in the room

When paying by card, they take a larger amount than indicated in the booking. At the same time, the booking conditions do not indicate anything about this. Booking support seems to be in no way interested in resolving this situation. They respond in a few days or until you write them again, they cannot consider a photo of the receipt from the payment terminal.

Nice staff. They even turned on a fan so that I did not suffer the hot temperature while waiting for a taxi after my check-out.

Loud music from clubs nearby even after midnight.

Harmony Patong is a cute little hotel, right in the centre of all the action in Patong beach. Location is very close to everything including walk to the beach. It was very clean, fairly quiet, good value/not expensive, staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again. Aircon worked good.

Bed was very firm, not comfortable. Room was pretty basic but it was good value for the price.

Very super clean place. Perfect for one night stay. Personel was very kind and thiughtful.

I would add more light in room and there was a night club against the hotel.

Good location, kind staff , no noise from the street outside.

The hotel is in a very good area, close to the beach and Bangla Road! The owner is an extraordinary man, we extended our holiday and he gave us a very good price, cleaning is done every day and the staff is very friendly! I recommend with confidence!

Staff was very friendly and helpful but administration was strict, I reached there by half an hour early but staff was strictly instructed to follow the check in time, I had to wait outside (in the lobby) though room was vacantI was too tired and reached there after having a long flight from PakistanMy SuggestionIf Room is vacant and clean then please allow guest to check in

Drainage system was not working of every floor, drain water over flowed firstly I stayed at 3rd floor but on the 2nd day AC was not working, I told the staff, they shifted to me at 1st floor, It wasn't easy to shift from one room to another because of tight schedule of visiting places.

Everything was great. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Everything clean and well laid out. Big shower that’s completely separate..Next to everything. Staff were lovely. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Decent, clean, close to bangal road, and many good cafes/restaurants

There is no hot water

best staff handling guests.... 8-11 Aug ... loc is near everything that you need...excellent ...

Clean and decent sized rooms close to the belly of the beast. Great value for money. Friendly staff.

Staff were wonderful! Room was huge and super comfortable. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again. Already planning my next trip in July.
