Staff speaks English, French & Thai. Food available on premises; I enjoyed watching how they make Basil fried rice. Owners are friendly couple. Also, beach towels are made available for a small fee which is nice. Overall, a pleasant environment.

The receptionist Mr.Yee Wai Aung was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made our check-in process smooth and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants.A big thank you to the staffs from Pizza Shop for their excellent service. They were professional, welcoming, and always had a smile. A true asset to the hotel!

Quite cute room with a balcony and a teapot that is really nice and comfortable. Also there was a fridge to keep products. Plus there was a shower gel and shampoo. I seldom like the pillows but this time they re great, soft and not so big. There s only 1km way to the beach.

Disconnected from wifi very often, so if you work remotely, this hotel isn't the best option for you. Moreover there was no drinkable water in the room, you should buy it. According to my opinion the double bed was too small.

I recently spent 18 days at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were consistently friendly, greeting me warmly every time I came and went. The owner Salvatore was really nice and made an effort to ensure I felt welcome. One of the highlights of staying here was the amazing pizza from the shop downstairs - seriously delicious and great staff! I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel location is good and close to city

Comfortable bed, had everything we needed and the air conditioning worked very well. Lots of restaurants nearby and a 711 as well as laundromat right below it which was great

As we were in a room by the road the traffic noise was quite loud but easy fix with earplugs, I imagine this is the case with all the hotels in the area though and didn’t bother us.

The place is really nice, with an amazing and authentic Italian restaurant, the owner and the staff are really kind

Staff were not available. The bathroom ceiling was leaking. Asked but did not change the room for us.

The room is spacious. They provided all the facilities mentioned. Room was neat and clean. Location is good for the price. Rental scooters were available in house at reasonable price. We never been but also has rooftop restaurant.

Hot water was not enough hot, just barely warm.

Accommodation.

Worst experience ever. First I booked for day. Without consent, lady woke me up with knocking at 11:00, that I should wake up! That's totally unprofessional. I am not on a school trip! I paid for a accommodation service, check out is at 12:00 and I didn't ask for waking up service. I needed sleep more and I couldn't sleep anymore. But worst happened few days later when I just walk in to make reservation. I wanted to ask if there is free room but lady tell me I have to wait that there are customers and pointed out to two people on their phones. I said okey, just one question, I don't want to wait here if I know you have no room. Lady said yes it's free, but I was annoyed with her super unfriendly behavior and talk to her back why is it problem to answer one question? Then she angrily immidiately said there are no more free room for me and declined accommodate me anymore. Like what?! Seriously? On booking I see rooms are still availible..

It was close to everything and had scooter rental on-site which was good!

The owner, a big foreign guy, is not friendly nor talkative. The facilities are too old and doesn't match the photos on booking.com, or the current condition of the place.

When we arrived at Patong blueSHA we were told it had been closed since last July and you had been informed of this ,also there was no accommodation for us. We did find other accommodation but at a much greater expense. As we are both are old age pensioners we had to curtail our expenditure due to this and really spoiled our vacation coming home 1 day earlier Why were we not informed and our booking cancelled by you?We have used your company many years now but are doubtful whether we will again due to this disastrous holidayWe look forward to your reply

the very crazy and bad experience

nobody in reception for check in, no have light use light my phone, room dirty laundry dirty, have only sexe short time live in this hotel sorry not hotel not guest house . it s only short time room place. nusy all night, one customer tell me take one key and imput money in reception in tips box, he say all make this the system in this hotel, i m very surprise in the morning same ne see nobody, see one lady don t want speak with me i thinks maybe no speak english or don t want speak with tourist, it s a very bad experience, i not recommend this place really crazy

Very cool building, painted in blue. Kinda Miami Beach style. Nice room with cool balcony where you can drink some beer at evening. Hotel is a little bit out of Patong center, so if you don't like noise and crowd it will be great option for you. Nanai Road has real Thai vibe. Less tourist. 7/11 is two steps away!!!

Stuff was a bit invisible. Maybe because it's after the season. The lack of toilet paper. I had to buy it by myself. The ceiling needs renovation.
