Lovely room

Room was next to bridge above market - noise until 1am and then could year Muay Thai gym from 8am

Dont even know where to start: starting with the ignorance of the staff, finishing with us checking out way to early…Not the most pleasant check in process with staff lacking knowledge of your request, lack of language, checked in not the room we booked and it was dirty bathroom, smell of cigarettes and mould. Next day after the most horrible night of loud music near by, loud neighbours, smell in the room we went to reception to try to change the room. The manager wasnt willing to help us and wasnt friendly at all until we confront him that it is not 4 star hotel service with no solution or any suggestion to improve our stay. Definetely not matching a 4 star hotel not matching the value - only the location. So we decided not to spoil our holiday and checked out earlier- after two days without any apologies, no refund no suggestions, not even a transfer.

It's close to everything the hotel.And I have really quiet room. The staff is really very professional and friendly

The only positive I can give is that the hotel manager helped us get a partial refund as we checked in and checked straight back out again.

Everything. From the moment the taxi drove into the driveway the hotel did not look like the photos whatsoever. Lobby/reception was a mess, once checked in we were shown to our rooms. We were walked through many dark areas/hallways, we then entered our rooms and straight away noticed there was no natural light and the room smelt like mould. At that point we knew we were not going to stay there but we thought, we'd go and check out the pool before we solidified our decision. We headed up to the rooftop to find a massive concrete area and no pool to be found, we had to really look to find the pool once we found the pool, again it looked nothing like the photos and found one area of the pool to be completely drained. We went straight back to our rooms, grabbed our luggage, back to the lobby and checked out.

1- no sound insulation. Difficult to sleep before 2 am because of the market downstairs and the barCheck in experience..staff were in a hurry and looked like we are not welcomed. Otherwise staff were accommodating and smiling all the time during the stay

Walking distance to the beach and shops. Price was good

Had some difficulty communicating with staff due to a language barrier. The first room they gave us was a deluxe room but there is no privacy in any of the bathrooms and the frosted glass shower is very revealing. A bit awkward if you're sharing with friends or colleagues. Even the twin room was like that and I just had to make do. The gym was basic and closed at 2000. Would have been to have 24 hours access to the gym.

Love the design of the room, the huge bath tub, the aircond system easy to control, very comfy shower, great location near to the beach and opposite of 7E. The friendly staff.

The downside is that if you’re looking for quiet & peace environment, this isn’t for you. It’s quite noisy and hard to sleep at night cos there’s a food court directly beneath the hotel. And in the morning you’d be woken up by the muay thai gym below. The hotel is also quite packed all the time, everyday, we tried to call housekeepers to make up our room several times and they only came around 4pm.

The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. The deluxe premium room is beautiful, exactly as in the pictures, very spacious, clean and well equipped. It was a pleasure staying there. Being located close to the beach, all necessary shops and attractions are located nearby. The roof top pool area is great with an amazing view of the beach at sunset. We booked some trips through the in house travel agency and all of them were amazing and worth the money. We can't say the same about other trips we booked through outdoor travel agents.

The area is quite busy at night. Bar music on the beach plays until 2 am. Depending on which side of the hotel one stays, it may be loud. I used ear plugs to dampen the noise. Breakfast was not included in the room rate but could be booked separately, on a daily basis, in the breakfast room. The selection is rather limited and always the same, but well cooked.

Pool was nice and the rooms are spacious and modern. They have this odd setup with the sink in the middle of the room ? The bed was huge and firm the way I like it with plenty of different sizes and firmness of pillows. The location of the hotel and convenience of all the food stalls outside was a plus.

You couldn’t use the stairs by the rooms. Pool was nice but the alcoholic selections, at the swim up bar, were very poor quality. Very bottom shelf liquor that I’ve never heard of. Even the other customers made the same comment to me. TV channels were at the low end of the spectrum. Not much to choose from

Location and Proximity to popular tourist attractions were great.Room was nice and big with daily housekeeping, no minibar which would have been good but many stalls and food options directly outside the hotel lobbySink Positioning was different yet refreshing, hotel issues ie shower issues were all quickly fixed upon calling receptionStaff were also very helpful, have always been trying to make it better for the guests

At the end of my stay, the hotel reception had asked me to pay 500 Baht for room charges at the bar, when I did not use the hotel bar at any point during my stay; the staff were helpful in rectifying the issue and making sure I don’t pay 500 Baht once the bartender game downstairs and confirmed they had never seen our face. Someone else said our room numbers as theirs, and signed with their signature, the staff then searched the system for the room number and put my name on the bill to make it seem legit when the actual guest ordering the drinks should be writing their “room number” and “nam and “signature” as to make sure there were no errors. The system is flawed as it allowed someone else to put a room charge on my room account. Causing a 30 min delay and missing my bus cost me 500 baht in taxi as the next bus was 1 hour later, they had to wait until the bartender came to make sure they didn’t recognise me, it should not be a reliability factor that the bartender has come down 2 days later to see my face to make sure that I didn’t drink at the bar.The staff were lovely but they should never fill the name section of the bar charge by searching up my name from the room number in the hotel system. It is the guest job to write their room number , name and signature as to make sure no guests can get their bar charges mixed up. Everyone make sure to check their room charges and Tabs at the end of the stay and ensure nothing is wrong with the final room charge. Staff should be retrained to always collect Room number, name, and signature during a room charge to make sure there is no discrepancy, not fill in a bar charge themselves once they close up.

There’s very little to like about this property. It’s run down, it’s dirty and the pictures on their website must be very old!!

We had 4 nights booked here and decided to leave 2 nights earlier because the accommodation and area are not at all that we expected. We made the reservations through booking.com(Thank you booking.com) and they said they had no problem refunding us for the 2 nights if Beyond Patong agreed, well the hotel chose not to refund us.

The location worked for us. 10/10

Room configuration was a little weird. the wash basin sat in the middle of the room. But I don't think they will change the position. Just weird that's all.

Bright, spacious rooms with plenty of light. Friendly staff.Well located in the centre of Patong. Quiet inside the hotel/ rooms.

Impractical position of the bathroom sink - no mirror, very inconvenient for my partner to shave.Front door closes TOO HARD, it nearly broke my ankle and my hip

Loved the Location so central to everything!

Half of the pool was closed and reception staff never answered when you called. No maintenance or cleaning of the ornaments/building. Also watch out for the roof there is no railing.

Fantastic room with excellent bedding. The pool was really great with a view.
