Capricorn Village

The location was amazing and the rooms were super clean and housekeeping was excellent. We got water, 2 soft drinks and two tiny bags of chips on arrival. The reception was open 24/7 and a security guards was there overnight and there was a safe in the room - so super safe. Warm water worked really well with good pressure and the toilet flushed well. All one story duplexes or row housing - poor access due to narrow walk ways

Everything was beyond small - walkways, rooms, the bathrooms and a tiny patio to sit on infront of the room and a tiny pool - all squished into place. The bed was beyond hard - it killed my back (a mattress topper was added when I asked but the mattresses are beyond any help) and the noise from Bangla street lasted into the early morning hours.The bathroom had a step down beside the sink and the space around the toilet was constantly flooded from the deck surrounding the bath tub every time we took a shower.

I really liked the convenient location — it was close to everything I needed.The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided.Everything felt clean and organized, which made my stay very pleasant.

It could get noisy at times, especially during the night.I suggest installing soundproof barriers in the rooms located near noisy areas, especially those affected by the sound from nightclubs, which can sometimes continue past midnight and up to around 3 a.m.

Easy to get to, room was immaculately clean, it’s got a pool, beach towels at reception. Water and snacks in the room, shower hot, bed comfortable and it’s cheap as chips. Just book it.

You can hear bangla road at night……go out and have a beer it’s better in person.

The location is fantastic. I would book this again just for the location itself. The room was comfortable, I liked that each room was like a cottage, gave a very beach vacation feel to it.

Wifi connection was barely working in our room but it's fine cause we were on a vacation and no screen time was great.

Great Location, right next to BangLa road yet very minimal noise heard at night. The Coffee club, No. 6 restaurant, massage shops and spas, pharmacies and supermarkets are all right next to you. Clean and comfy room and toilet. Friendly staff.

Very poor wifi, privacy issue as you must walk past the front of every room especially if yours is at the end, very tiny pool and small seating area around it(can over crowd the front of your room if yours is next to the pool) and house keeping stops at 4pm. Bathtubs instead of walk in showers in the deluxe bungalows.

Although great for nightlife, I had a night off and could not sleep for the noise.I'm my own worst enemy ?Oh, I had room 1A, and in the bathroom, there's a wee step, bit dangerous when drunk.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great.

The TV does not work. Bad WiFi. The room is not soundproof enough regarding the location of the hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the facilities very nice. The hotel in general was easily accessible and in the centre of Patong. There was a 7/11 very close and the breakfast was very nice at a cafe across the street (you could choose one plate from a specific menu and one beverage).

We did not like the area of Patong at all (but this was our mistake, not hotel’s fault). If you cannot sleep with noise, you need to know that the hotel is very close to Bangla road so until 4 a.m the music from the bars is very loud. However, a pair of earplugs did their job !

I would definitely not return to this hotel. The solution provided was not suitable at all. The hotel is located directly on the main road, with cars speeding by constantly, making it noisy and unpleasant.The rooms are extremely small, with bathrooms that are downright tiny and poorly designed. The staff was far from helpful or friendly, offering no sense of hospitality.To top it all off, the so-called pool is no larger than 2 meters by 2 meters, essentially just a bathtub rather than a proper swimming pool.Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Amazing Location right in the strip! It is kind of hidden away and the hotel is very unique. the bungalow and the trees really make you feel as if you are in a village (Ofcourse we can hear the club music as its very close to bangla road). The reception staff and hotel security were extremely friendly.

Just a min walk to Bangla street and close to the beach. Great location. Very quiet in the room. A/C works great.
