highly recommended always and forever feels like home..about the clean or the owner kindness everything is perfect staff are very proffessional the beds are comfortable the balcony is big and nice will come again definetly

I thought it had a restaurant,but the kitchen was closed

lovely , kind and friendly staff, 24/7 reception , elevator , very clean , strong A/C , safe in the room , nice balcony with a good view. I enjoy my staying in this Hotel. Merci Lucky Buako .

Nothing at all!!Hotels in Thailand are very badly and poored maintained and selling their rooms over prised.....?This lucky buako hotel has to be closed for good....until they rebuild the whole f....hotel....REDICULOUS FRANCE BOSSES....WHO ARE PLAYING BUSSINESS MEN IN THAILAND....??????SO IS THE STUFF......

Nice and friendly staff. It feels like meeting friends in a bar near your house. Perfect location to experience patong.

i loved the cleanliness and the staffs are very friendly. they will chat with you, asking where did you go etc. even gives suggestions on where to go in Phuket. they are really helpful, they made you feel comfortable for staying there

none to be mentioned. i really like the place. it meets our expectation. furthermore, we didn't stay much in the hotel, we just leave the room for them to clean, and they really clean it well. i love it.

Bad

The accommodation was terrible and not at all like the photos presented on the website. There were many questionable individuals hanging around outside, and we stayed without water, no water to flush the toilet! No water to take a shower! Also, in only 6 hours we had water, the housekeeper left the hot shower running, and when we returned, our room was like a sauna. Additionally, the cameras at the location are useless, I noticed that someone checked our door in the middle of the night, which was quite unsettling, especially after we heard someone running up the stairs. Given all these issues, the accommodation was not worth the money we paid. We had a short stay and had to endure it, but I expect you to process a refund.

The water didn‘t work… and the room smelled like old cigarette smoke and mold. The bathroom was moldy.

Clean and good rooms, bar & restaurant downstairs and staff / owners were very nice & welcoming 24hr reception available which was a great bonusLocation is good if you want to be near all the nightlife

its very loud from the bars until around 2am, however im sure the rooms not facing the street would be a lot quieter

Everything was clean and comfortable. Not far from the main strip in Patong. The best part was how safe I felt in this accommodation. The staff members (the manager and the owner) were so lovely and caring, they went out of their way to help me and I really appreciate that. The people are always important as they help to create special moments ✨️

It was loud and dirty

The room was pretty great, spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. It was open 24-7 so coming and going at late nights was not a problem. They had a restaurant downstairs and served alcohol and beer as well.

We booked the two bedroom suite, and the only downside was one bedroom did not had any windows at all. Therefore, if the lights were turned off, the room was pretty dark even in the middle of the day.

Friendly staff and owner, location, lift for luggage.There is a restaurant/bar downstairs but you are not forced by anyone/girl to buy things (an old omment said that)

Room was a good size

- location wasn’t too far of a walk from the busy area but was down a seedy road full of dodgy bars and absolutely no footpath.- strange vibe with the people sitting outside who seemed to be living at the hotel - shower was ridiculously hot with really high pressure and sprayed directly at the toilet with no curtain - there’s a loud rooster that will wake you up every hour of the morning - the road is almost unbearably loud whether it be the late night bars or the scooters - struggled to find on certain maps, getting picked up for excursions was a task

Sliding door would not locked but they insisted it did/they fixed it.

The staff is incredible!! So helpful and kind. I extended twice and they helped me stay in the same room even though it had already been booked. The second time when I switched to a cheaper room they let me check in early. Location is great, just a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops around. Room is clean, big and comfortable. Nice balcony as well. Very very priceworthy, I will definitely come back xx <3

The property is well maintained location is good you will get best food at the hotel
