No smart tv (Netflix etc.)- important.Water pressure and hot water aren't consistent. You can definitely hear street traffic, bad noise canceltionI don't know the reasons behind it, but i felt a deep distrust of their guests. Keep giving you papers to sign and there's a 3000 baht cash deposit.that is something I am not used to in hotels. Worked out well in the end though.

They try to take your money by any way they can.The cleaners did not return the roaps after cleaning and they attacked us that we stole them

Clean. Staff was very welcoming. Good breakfast. Shuttle to beach. Efficient cleaning staff.

The location, pool for lap swimming, staff were very helpful every time I needed something, food was very good and kitchen staff were excellent

I like to swim laps early in the morning around 5-6 am but pool opened at 8am. It would have been better for me if pool opened earlier but I adapt to wherever I stay.

Nothing since I canceled booking because of bad behavior of the staff on phone before starting there.

Because of bad behavior I canceled booking. And cancellation charge was not one night as international standard but taken 50% of total amount and that’s called cheating the customers and unfortunately booking.com believed this hotel nonsense.

The staff is A+ especially Creamy and Guitar-such sweethearts. This hotel was v CB clean, and comfy, the wasn’t hard like most hotels. The facilities smell good and are very clean.

My room drain is slow so I had to take quick showers snd the drain had an odor when I arrived.

The hotel had a modern design with a relaxing rooftop pool and beautiful views. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to Patong Beach and nightlife, but still quiet enough to relax.

Nothing major – everything was great. Maybe the breakfast variety could be improved a little.

I liked everything, we wanted calm environment

Room was modern and clean and spacious.

It was very loud - especially the noise from the hallway and the balcony. The staff weren't super helpful, they were friendly and smiley but not helpful. Small things like I ordered a meal on grab and needed cultlery and they wouldn't supply as we didn't purchase our food from the restaurants. The lifts also didn't require swiping the hotel card, making it easy for anyone to access any floor.. The location is average, on a main road that is dangerous to walk down and cross.

The studio is fabulous. It is spacious and luxurious as well.

The location is good, but not the best in Patong area. The street isn’t paved so walking around was not that easy.

Our room was big, always cleaned, beds comfortable, bathroom clean and I appreciated the strong water flow in the shower. Hotel staff very polite and friendly always open to help us. Breakfast was tasty with a lot of options to choose. Nice pool as well.

Noise from the road outside and I didn't like the location. It is not suitable for walking. No sidewalks and the busy road was not safe. But that is not the hotel's problem of course.

The hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable! We made sure to visit the rooftop pool and bar a few times and it was such an amazing view-- we think that the Rak Elegant must have one of the best rooftop views of any hotels in the area!

The absolute ONLY thing we didn't enjoy was how close the faucet was to the sink--it made it difficult to wash our hands. Other than that, this was a beautiful stay and we will absolutely be back for another stay in the future!

Our stay at RAK Elegant was unfortunately not as expected in terms of amenities. The gym was extremely small, with outdated, dirty, and rusted equipment that made it almost unusable. Additionally, the hotel had only one iron available for guests, meaning we had to wait our turn, which was quite inconvenient.The dining experience was also disappointing. The food at the restaurant, including breakfast, average, lacking variety and quality. The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff. They were genuinely helpful and responsive, always ready to assist with any requests.

I read some reviews that said its not close to everything. That's NOT TRUE, it's close to patong center 15min walk, bangal road 18min walk and also a night food market. Lot's of spa around local and fine dining. Just walk 15 min to the city center. Beach is about 15 minutes walk as well or use the shuttle bus

Bad customer service Awful coffee at breakfast Depends on what side of building you will be living. The one of them is very loud. Karaoke music is playing till 3-4 am.

Dissapointing

Air conditioning was not properly working for two days They charge for a mini size evian water 95 baht (coke cost 40 baht) . You cannot even replace it by buying from markets near by because they deliberately choose this very small version which is not available in the markets therefore irreplaceable. The cleaning service was not particularly good. They just vacuum , tidy the room and left. They dont change the towels unless you throw them into the floor.

The pool on the top floor is nice and it has a lot of comfortable chairs and a bar at the pool.Staff is friendly.Breakfast is good enough.

Staff is trying to be very helpful, but the lack of English speaking skills is heavily felt. Whenever there is a problem that needs to be discussed there is quite a long conversation needed to send the message across.Also, the schedules are not strict. E.g the gym was still closed at 8:10, even if it is stated that it opens at 8:00. Plus there is a (possible old) sign that lists open times as 7:30.

- Hotel is relatively new in patong - Nice view from room on mountain - a good value for money

- location is a bit far from main attractions in patong.- any additional towel or bed blanket is chargeable ( 100 baht each) Note: this hotel offer 1 extra blanket for 1 person only in room. - requested to remove mini bar from fridge but they refused and after a hassle they agreed to remove.- Toilet flushing is not strong enough so need to flush 2 or 3 times .- Wi-fi sometimes not working especially in lobby area talked to reception about it but this issue was not resolved .
