Well we went when there was a huge festival so I was loud til like 2am. Bring ear plugs if your sensitive to sound

It was closer to the beach and everything else.

The room was not clean . Under the bed had dust and dirty napkins from other guests . And the bathroom shower look like it had mod around the edges

The lactation, and the room is big comfortable clean really good

I have a noise in the bathroom like on the ceiling, as if there were a current of air circulating and making something sound

I liked that they were shops at the first floor and the room was really clean, very comfortable and super good location.

I didn’t like that there was no pool and it’s pretty dated inside the room but they tried to make it nice with decorative accessories. It is pretty but old

For me perfect hotel spot, where the beach upfront is literally just steps away, Taksim Patong nails it. ?Super clean, comfy, and modern—exactly what you want after a full day of island adventures. The staff here are honestly the highlight: warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile (Location couldn’t be better: beachfront views, walking distance to Patong’s buzz, but still chill enough to relax when you need a break

The location was ideal and the value for money was good, staff were extremely kind and helpful

The room was kind of a sensory nightmare with lights that could not be turned off shining onto the pillows and a lot of noises from the AC, fridge, etc. Also the shower leaked if not turned off from above which was too tall for some to reach in our group.

I like the location and the friendly staff.

The AC is old and the rooms were hot.

The value is good and location is good right next to popular Gangla Road and Patong Beach. I paid about $40 USD for a king bedroom upgraded, including all taxes and fees.

I have no complaints and the expectations have been met. The facility are a bit dated, but that is to be expected for this area and for the price point.

Location to beach.

Cockroach ran across the floor & under the check-in desk during check-in. Side Sea View Room is a joke. Water from toilet leaked onto floor of bathroom.Blood stained sheets. Poor AC unit. No Elevator. Kitty Litter for cat on the staircase.Overall unit was dirty & grimy bathroom.

My stay at The Taksim Hotel was exceptional in every way. The location is perfect in the heart of the city, the staff were helpful and friendly, and both cleanliness and service were of high quality. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for both comfort and quality.

The view is amazing. Mostly sound proof.

The bass music from outside could be heard in the room.

Excellent air conditioning and V helpful staff. Taksim is going through a full refurbishment as mentioned elsewhere and my shower in particular was grim however I accept this will be remedied soon in which case I will be returning. You cannot beat the LOCATION! ?

This hotel property is one of my favorites. It is super affordable, room was comfortable, spacious toilet, next to the beach, near to Bangla street and the staff is amazing! Mr. Ugur also helped us a lot with our requests, no complications. I even mentioned to him his property has a lot to offer and it's time to upload more professional photos to show the true value of this property. As I said while booking it, "I will only sleep here anyway" but it turned out to be a nice stay for the small price I paid.

Nothing, I got more product and services than what I paid for, so everything has been acceptable for me.

Incredible location right next to patong beach, Bangla walking street and plenty of restaurants and shopping centers around, very friendly and helpful staff plus it offers the value for money.

Breakfast timings need to be improved to start atleast as early as 06am instead of 08am and also add a variety of selections from the menu.

I am disappointed with my experience as the hotel did not provide the room I had originally booked. I paid for a Deluxe room but was given a standard room instead. While the hotel attempted to compensate for this by offering me breakfast, it does not make up for the inconvenience and the mismatch between what I paid for and what I received. This experience did not meet my expectations, and I am quite dissatisfied.

We stayed right on the front, lovely view of the sea from the window and surprisingly very quiet and it was very clean! Lovely staff too.

The entire team consistently demonstrates helpfulness and proactive engagement. San, in particular, is a valuable asset. The property manager is always approachable, readily available to provide guidance and assistance.
