Cheap shit hole.

Room smelt like mold and ciggs Bed sheets smelt.

Room was very small, smelly and washroom was in pathetic condition

They charged me 1000 Thai bath , and they didn’t return it to me when I was checking out . The receptionist said you have to wait until late evening when the manager comes or the following day I was so confused, I had the receipt with me and she said it’s not her problem since she was not working that day

I have a video showing the cleaning lady putting red lipstick on the bed , after she covered it. So their intentions was not to return the money for deposit. I went to the bathroom and washed it all. The next morning she said you have lipstick on your bedsheets and I said no, so she came to check and she was very upset that it was not there. She said no deposit back since you have red lipstick on sheets “ but she couldn’t find it ? she said okay wait till evening or tomorrow for your deposit because manger not in Patong

Location is good but renovation is required

Old towels , old rooms . Two single beds were attached for king size bed

When I wanted to book a room at 9pm, the receptionist told me there were no rooms available. But I booked on booking.com and they reluctantly let me book a room. The room was spacious, good location with a small balcony, but the road was busy so there was the sound of passing cars, and the soundproofing was bad.

The beds are super comfy, The manager at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She helped me out a lot. Wi-Fi was super good, Aircon works really well, warm shower, very clean.

In terms of value of money, it's kind of hard to complain.

Comfy bed, utilities worked to satisfaction, great value per money.The staff was very agreeable, they gave us extra water and lent us an umbrella when it rained

The door had little gaps where the hinges where, as if the door was more tiny than the gap that was made for it, and sounds carried very easily from the corridor inside. Plus, the windows of the corridor are always open/cannot close physically, so street sounds also carried inside the room.

The laundry and bath tab are both not working… we booked this room because of this 2 features.. and it’s not particularly clean

The hotel is very close to shopping malls and markets, making it incredibly convenient to access places like the beach and walking street. The location was super convenient, and the staff were accommodating and friendly. The price is excellent given all these conveniences.

Great hotel just a short walk from the shopping center, Bangla Road, and Patong Beach. The rooms are simple but spotlessly clean. The staff are exceptionally nice and friendly. While the hotel isn't luxurious, it's very comfortable. The WiFi is excellent, making it easy to stay connected and manage cloud work.

Hotel cheat with provided services and images. I selected a room for this price only because it has a jacuzzi. But when I check-in there is no bath in the room. Only simple showerWhen I contact reception on this they just confirm that they have no rooms with bath and ignore all my following complains

Hotel lied about having free parking. I had messaged the hotel to ask about hotel parking before booking and they replied yes, they have free parking. When I arrived, the hotel did not have car parking. The hotel staff directed me to park at the kerb side of a busy street beside a rubbish dump. It was not a legal parking. Rubbish collection comes by every morning.The booking was for a room with jacuzzi. The room they gave me did not even have a tub, much less a jacuzzi.Of the 3 full days I stayed, housekeeping only made up the room for one day. For the other 2 days, no fresh towels, no cleaning of room.The second room I booked had a leaking air conditioner which the staff said had to wait for the next day for them to check. The second standard room also did not have any windows.The staff were trying their best but the owner is just dishonest and trying to cut cost.

We traveled as group of four people. And I was looking for a place that was familiar to me, close to shopping centers and beach, and not too loud street outside.My choice fell on a large room at the Patong Diamond Hotel. And for our group the price was reasonable.I liked that the room has two bedrooms, the room has a kitchen and living room.When we checked into the room, the room was mostly what we expected.There was following advantages: 1. Everything else is very good! The room has a kitchen, a large refrigerator, dishes, glasses, we also liked the comfortable sofa. 2. From the room, in my opinion, there was an excellent view that you can enjoy while sitting in the living room or in the bathroom. 3. A/C is good. 4. The room was cleaned regularly.Some of the employees are very attentive and responsible.

What could be improved: 1. There is definitely not enough wardrobe in the room, so add a closet to the bedroom with a king size bed and hangers. And there is a suitable corner for in the room.2. The description when booking indicated a washing machine and coffee maker. But we didn't find them in the room.
