Small rooms.The Staff who checked us in, not that friendly compared to other Thai hospitality.Room given to us had mold from AC, had to ask them to clean the AC.

Location off the busy main road. Small scaled property with access to larger property’s (Baan Lai Mai) swimming pool. Local laundry services within a minute’s walk. Room insulation against noise was good. Reception staff always acknowledged your coming and going.

Refrigerator wasn’t really effective/cold. Room cleaning sometimes is at 4pm.

The location was great. It was right across the street from the beach. 10 minute walk to Bangla Road. The breakfast buffet was great with many options and an omelet station.

I like how close it is to everything.

The fact that the room doesn’t have a window really bothered me. No microwave, and the WIFI never work. I stayed there 10 days and the WiFi never worked once. The price I paid for the room was not worth it.

Very clean and comfy place just near the Patong Beach. Ideal for the overnight stay before big voyage. Great breakfast.

I really like the location of this cute boutique hotel, also the fact that it was clean.

I was quite disappointed with my recent stay. The first issue was the strong smell of mold in my room. When I went down to inform the staff and requested to be moved to another available room, they simply replied that they couldn’t smell anything — even though the odor was very noticeable. Unfortunately, I started feeling unwell because of it and had to check out two days earlier and return to Dubai.Secondly, the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable — the mattress was hard, and the pillows felt almost like stone, making it impossible to rest properly.Lastly, while I don’t expect the reception staff to smile all the time, I do expect basic courtesy and communication. Some of the team members appeared indifferent and unhelpful, pretending not to understand English when I asked simple questions.

During my stay at this hotel, cash and important documents that were kept in my room safe and luggage went missing. After reporting the issue, management expressed sympathy but ultimately refused to investigate properly or offer any compensation, citing hotel policy.Reading other reviews, it seems this is not an isolated case. Guests should be aware that the hotel takes no responsibility for losses, even when items are stored securely in the room. I strongly advise travelers to choose another hotel where guest safety and accountability are taken more seriously.

Thin walls, if someone walks infront of your room it will be like he's walking inside it !Also the cleaning staff was using waki-taki that coused more noise!

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing and almost ruined my vacation.•Guests are not allowed to receive even a short daytime visit without paying an additional fee of 1000 THB — even when the visitor does not stay overnight. While charging a fee for an overnight guest would be understandable, applying such a high charge for a simple daytime visit feels excessive and unfair. It gives the impression that the hotel prioritizes profit over guest experience.•Cleanliness was also far below expectations. Despite daily housekeeping, sand from the beach was consistently left on the room floor, suggesting that cleaning was superficial and not carried out with due care.For these reasons, I would not stay at this property again and cannot recommend it. A vacation should be a time for relaxation, not for dealing with unnecessary frustration.

Location is perfect. Swimming pool. Staff were attentive, clean and luxurious space.

Temper your expectations. While this is a beautiful hotel, there are a number of first world problems. The shower clogs and overflows, wifi only works 30% of the time, towel rails don't hold up, pillows are uncomfortable, etc etc. You are in a developing country though, so just expect multiple small problems which you just have to roll with. Good news is the staff are really lovely and are responsive in trying to fix these.

This little boutique hotel offers so much. First time in Patong and was super surprised by the great service we received at Bandalo. The hotel is on a little strip and it's right across from the beach and shops. Great place to walk around and have access to just about everything you need in Patong. The room I got was absolutely fabulous and we stayed for days!! Could have stayed longer. Breakfast phenomenal . I will be back with friends for sure!

This is no fault of the hotel. The taxis we used did not know of Bandalo or where exactly the main entrance was which made it difficult for them to get to us for pick ups. The entry is on a small street that a lot of people don't drive thru

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent—very close to all essential services, restaurants, and attractions, which made getting around incredibly convenient.What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding hospitality. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and warmth made the entire stay even more enjoyable.Overall, a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel is very beautiful, strategically located, very very clean & new, and offer pool and gym. Staff is great too.
