La Vista Patong Hotel

Staff were super friendly, the room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar is beautiful and it's in the heart of patong party.

Was a bit noisy but to be expected with the location and didn't bother me

The staff not so lovely , the hotel is in restaurant that is part from the hotel , nothing is free , I ask for glass with ice , the ask for money even i guest , I was in shockNo place for clothes , all on the floor in suitcases , no solution that what it is , so bad , for so nice hotel .

The staff are friendly, Restaurant is amazing, and rooms are clean and well shaped.

Some minor noise comes from the street but this is not something the hotel held accountable for, ain’t?

Great location — you can walk everywhere in Patong, and it’s about a 5-minute walk to the beach. The upstairs jacuzzi was really nice and had great city views. The restaurant connected to the hotel had great food, and the massage place was also excellent. Our room didn’t face the main street, so it was quiet at night, which we appreciated (it would have been noisy otherwise). The balcony was useful for drying our wet clothes.

The bed was comfortable but made noise every time we moved. The room was much smaller than shown in the photos, with the bed taking up most of the space. The bathroom also had a slight smell, which unfortunately seemed common in several hotels we stayed at in Thailand.

The location is excellent. There is a restaurant connected to the building, making it convenient to get breakfast/food. Additionally, a 7-Eleven is directly across the street, so it’s easy to grab snacks or drinks. It's also just a short walk to many shops and other restaurants.

My room overlooked a very busy street, and all I could hear was honking and noise from people until late at night. To reach the elevator, I had to walk behind a massage parlor.

Hotel needs to have there very old tv’s replaced and get the cable repaired. Television was unwatchable. Picture was so snowing and sound was distorted.

Hotel is very basic and pretty tired. There’s nothing luxury about it. The was copious mildew in the bathroom. Sink had no hot water. Walls are thin and noises carried easily. Restaurant downstairs is lovely tho! Great pizza. Friendly staff. Excellent location close to everything. Note that when Booking.com says “pay at the property” it’s still a non cancelable, non changeable, non refundable rate. If you cancel or no show your credit card will be charged for the full price. This of course is not disclosed. They are hoping that you (like me) will think “pay at the property” means just that. I’m probably the only one left that doesn’t know this so shame on me. But it’ll be a cold day in heck before I ever use Booking.com again.

Price is absurd for the quality.

Rooms on main road side are noisy and drainage system in left side building was very bad so need to change the room after first night.

Expect unexpected

Unfortunately, a couple of things that need to highlight it here, on our stay at the Jacuzzi, which was published, was un unclean and un operative. The water was at green color, not suitable for deep apart from that the stair was good. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, but have pointed out this as well on shower, a pool of water was stagnant without draining out 10 minutes of shower means 10 girls of water on your foot level. Did you point out this to the receptionist but didn’t notice any action taken on our day and we have since it was just few I was asleep back to the wonder around

Everyone was amazing, smiling and polite 24/7. The location is perfect - very close to the beach and different facilities such as the mall, massage places and many restaurants. Hotel’s restaurant serves very delicious food as well.

Amazing location.

After checking out, the hotel held my luggage for a few hours until my flight. When I picked it up, it had been moved - I assumed they just needed the space for something else. It turns out, someone rummaged through my bag and stole all the cash from it! The cash was well hidden, so someone really spent a lot of time going through everything to find it.

Finding Halal food is difficult in the city. close to the beach. Nice interior.

Room size could have been little bit bigger.
