Chateau Du Village Patong

If you're looking to stay in the Patong area as a solo traveler or couple, this hotel offers an excellent location. It provides a nice sense of privacy while being just a 15-minute walk from the nightlife of Patong and Bangla Road.It is clean and stands out from other properties in the area with its European-style inspired design. The Deluxe One Bedroom comes well-equipped with quality amenities including good towels, slippers, and a convenient kitchenette.I particularly enjoyed the pool facilities. Both the rooftop pool and the main pool were well-maintained. The only minor issue I noticed was that the bathroom lighting felt a bit dim, particularly in the evening. Additional lighting would be helpful, though this is a small concern.Parking is available for those who need it, which is convenient.

The design of a hotel is like building of London and the staff are amiable and very cooperative.

I didn’t like the stuff attitude when we were going to check out he was yelling at us his name start with K also the other recipient staff they were yelling about the cards for the room and it was not allowed for us to take any slippers and towels and we didn’t take them they were in the room but he didn’t search good for them so he started yelling at us to pay for the missing stuff after we went up and show him he started laughing that not a good way to treat clients if it not allowed to take they should put a note in the room and there is policy in there hotel that its not allowed they wanted from us money and we didn’t take anything.

I planned a trip with my partner and came across the newly opened Chateau Du Village, a beautiful hotel that instantly caught our attention. We decided to stay for the entire week, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice.From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality. Prem handled our check-in and personally showed us to our room. That’s a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel offers breakfast and has two swimming pools: one on the 1st floor and another on the rooftop, both perfect for a refreshing dip at different times of the day.One of the most convenient features is the complimentary shuttle service to the beach, Bangla Street, Patong bus stop, and Jungceylon Mall. This is a well-considered service that made getting around easy and stress-free.We stayed in a Deluxe Room thanks to the courtesy of Thangmo, which was absolutely lovely. I would strongly recommend this room category or above because the value for what you get is excellent. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a large bathtub, generous bed, and charming touches like a vintage-style telephone shower handle. The balcony let in plenty of natural daylight, which made the space feel bright and welcoming.The in-room amenities were outstanding, from comfortable slippers to additional rubber slippers in multiple sizes, a pool towel set with mesh bag, kitchenware and a microwave. Everything felt thoughtfully curated for guest comfort. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, they even left extra water bottles when they noticed we liked to stay hydrated.Thai hospitality is always a highlight, but the team at Chateau Du Village brought it to another level with warm, genuine, and incredibly considerate. As a hotelier myself, I truly appreciated the care and detail that went into making our stay so enjoyable.A heartfelt thank you to the team, especially Thangmo and Prem, for making our trip so memorable. We'll definitely be back.

The breakfast is good, and the room is well renovated.

The hotel is a bit off the main road. The swimming pool is small.

I love the modern concept and the friendliest staff they got there. The room is neat and clean. Any issue happen they shall escalated quickly.

Location and staff and room are new and nice!

I think the construction or door or partition between the room are too thin. A guys next door are might came back at late night 3 am and i can heard all they’re talking. That’s bothering my slept?

I didn't have breakfast, but the area was safe.

The pillows is a little hard and high, plus, the water takes a while to drain in the shower.

Clean and modern style hotel, good room isolation, the staff ( receptionists, room services, cleaners) very polite and helpfull.

It was clean although we found a cockroach in the room

This hotel isn’t build yet. They literally don’t have anything ready. No reception, no cigar room, no roof top pool - NOTHING other than a room. Thankfully I only booked it for 3 nights. Pictures are a big lie

Studio Rooms are very cozy , comfortable and luxurious ! Extremely enthusiastic and responsive staff at the reception , restaurant and housekeeping . They made our stay very pleasant through their behaviour !

Felt the food menu could have more options

The complex was super modern and high quality, it was brand new and built to a high specification, the rooms reflected that and were super nice, modern and comfortable. The staff helped out where they could and advised on where to go.

There booking.com page referenced a free airport shuttle and the hotel asked for the flight details but when we arrived there was no airport shuttle. I later asked at reception what happened and they said it didn't exist.There is also building work going on but it doesn't matter if you're not in during the daytime.The nearby beaches are so so busy, we often found ourselves leaving the area completely to go to quieter beaches.

The staff members are sweet and try to help.They have free shuttle bus to patong at certain timings.Great welcome drink.

The hotel shouldn't receive customers as big part of it is still under construction.There is noise from the football playground behind till 4AM.The rooms are small with much furniture making it hard to move in the room.Taxi's find it hard to reach to the hotel as its location is confusing.It is a long walk to patong beach.
