Elite Suites Patong

Breakfast was great. Pool was great. Staff service was great. Location was great

I had diffculty staying connected to the wifi.

Internet connection and location were good.

The drain at the shower was always blocked. The sofa in the living room wasn’t comfortable. The staff didn’t help us or try to create a chance for us to get earlier check-in although we requested and demanded to check in over and over because of long travel sickness. The furniture was old and out of date. In the kitchen there was no oven or heater. You

Location was good. Room was big. Nice staff. Free parking.

The bathrooms were not clean. While the living room was spacious, it only had a small couch and a small table, which was not sufficient to accommodate the number of guests staying in the room. Additionally, the room faced an undesirable view overlooking a slum area.

I liked the excellent location – it’s quiet and close to shopping centers.

The rooms are spacious and suitable for families, but they look different from the photos and seem a bit old, needing some maintenance

Staff are very friendly and location very near to 7elen walking distsnce easy to get transport

Enjoyed my pribete swimming pool

Like I said before there is absolutely nothing that I didn’t like at this amazing place - love from the bottom of my heart

Location is great close to most of places, swimming pool is great , the staff were very friendly and helpful, specially Friday ,JJ and lady in restaurant.

Bedsheet have some beach sands. Room don’t have ironing.

Great location, exceptional friendly staff and a very clean room.

The hotel was clean and a good choice for a last-minute booking. We are a family of four with two teenagers, and the double room was perfect for our needs.Breakfast was very good, with eggs made to order, fruit, yoghurt, tea and coffee, fresh juice, Thai food, and a very tasty Indian option.

* Beds were very hard* Toilet paper was 1-ply* Breakfast selection was good, but the food was often cold* Swimming pool was cold* Gym was very basic, with only one treadmill, a carpeted floor, and some mould on the equipment* Staff were inconsistent: some were very nice, while others were not very friendly or welcoming* Hotel furniture is wooden and very heavy

Very good location, shops and cafes around, very close to the beach and other popular places

Staff was attentive, breakfast was quite good.

The beds were hard as concrete.

The space, the penthouse was amazing. the location closer to Patong Beach and several shops too.

The furniture very old, no iron , no washing machine, no utensils. The breakfast very boring,, very basics also the lady at the egg station need to be though to be kind with people.

Very friendly staff and good breakfast, the location is as very good close to everything you need .

All was good

Staff were nice, room size

The location, the value of the room. Overall it should be cheaper

The location was extremely convenient (walking distance to Bangla Rd, but not so close where you can hear anything), the room is spacious and big, and great services as well at the lobby (special shoutout to the massage)

The staff could be more helpful!

Because I told them , I have an emergency things in my home , so I need to change the date or cancel and give me back my money , they reject it

Breakfast was the best part

The facility is very old and under maintained. The staff are untrained and unfriendly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Elite Suites Patong, and I must say, it was a wonderful experienceThe front desk and restaurant staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. The Wi-Fi service was excellent and accessible everywhere in the hotel, making it easy to stay connected during my visit. The hotel is conveniently located just about 5 minutes from Bangala Road, making it easy to enjoy the nightlife.
