Anona Beachfront Phuket Resort

The place is very convenient to halal restaurant, 7Eleven and of course the beach. Hotel room also very private and can consider secluded from outsider. Staffs were very cheerful and friendly throughout out stay here.

The water heater in our room seems to be not working properly as it dont have warm enough water for shower. The drain in the shower also seems to be clogged as it is very slow to disperse the water.

The breakfast spread was excellent. It was in the centre of everything in Patong. However, the downside was that if one longed for peace and quiet, this is perhaps not the place to seek it.

We were asked to pay 200 Baht at check-out for the laundry bag in which my wife put one of her flip-flops. We decided to remove it from our luggage rather than pay punitive damages. I can understand that this was according to hotel policy, and yes, we were made aware at the point of checking in the items that one could not remove from the room. I suggest prospective guests to click a photo of the list of irremovable items, because slapping penalties for things like laundry bags is perhaps going a bit too far, and just like us, people might forget about full contents of such an exhaustive list!

I really liked the location—right on the beach and close to Patong’s main attractions. The room was comfortable, spacious, and very well arranged. The balcony was a great bonus, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The pool area had a calm and peaceful atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and pleasant.

Overall, I don’t have any negative comments. The stay was smooth and enjoyable.

The size of the room and location. Staff were lovely. I booked what I thought was a studio with a kitchenette but there were no plates or cutlery etc only a kettle and 2 coffee cups. Not really a kitchen. There was no hot water from the sink and also no hot water in the bathroom basin. Bed a bit firm for our liking but the lovely staff put a couple of toppers on for us

The location is good and near the Patong beach. A variety of restaurants is available nearby the resort. The room is big and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast provided was good.

The arrangement for the room was amazing

Too much noise, music all the night and early morning you hear the bikes and people!

The location is great, the staff was pleasant and smiling.

The sound isolation is poor. Impossible to sleep at this hotel, cos you will hear every single word and noise from the outside. Also they are making renovations currently. The quality of building is quite low budget. The room was used a lot by other guests and had a specific not pleasant smells.

Right on the beachfront in the heart of patong but I don’t recommend if you don’t like the noise and party atmosphere

The property was good however I had a personal very unpleasant experience hence the low score of 7. Amazing check in staff ( TUKTA - was given a “ upgrade to breakfast included ) ; day one - no issues at breakfast ; but day 2 was a complete 360. Same staff from previous told us NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED and we had to pay 254 BAHT. we explained was there prev am and had upgrade from tukta - was sent back to front desk where the clerk went over our reservation and repeated NO BFAST …. I Again explained and after another guy came to the counter - was then given the ok . Money not the issue but principle ? Tukta = amazing ( lower score for Pamela - front desk and Chang at the restaurant !!) …. I left after not enjoying it and feeling as if I was “ begging for a meal”

Bed and rooms extremely comfortable compared to most of patong. Staff was extremely helpful and polite, always smiling. The only downfall was the price. It wasn’t horrible but a little pricey I stayed purposely in other hotels to try other rooms but by far these rooms are the most comfortable pillows and beds, I stayed in, out of the six hotels/condos!!

The hotel was great, staff were nice. Easy location to be able to walk to things; however it’s noisy at night because you’re near at the heart of Patong beach and very close to Bangla RD. It didnt bother us, but might bother some people. Also if you stay here and choose to drive/order grab or taxi, be prepared for the traffic leading up to the hotel. Other than that, we had a very lovely time. We would stay here again.

Great location to beach and short walk to popular areas, comfortable room (bed and pillows) and good breakfast at dining area with beach views.

I like the staffs the most. They helped us to resolve a problem where my friend booked through Agoda with Deluxe Room with balcony but Agoda sent confirmation to the hotel with Deluxe Room without balcony. It was a third party mistake by Agoda but the manager resolved the problem and we were very satisfied. Special thanks to the Hotel Manager, Peemai and staffs: Kratae, Diamond & Lisa!

Close to everything Patong has to offer and directly across the road from Patong Beach. Shout out to Bam, Peemai, Jack, Kratae, Phugun, Tukta, Pamela and Daimohd who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool getting after we had checked out as we had a late flight back to Sydney. Thanks again

We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is absolutely perfect—right next to the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything we needed.

Constant pigeon sounds were quite unavoidable and inconvenient, which made it difficult to fully relax at times. Additionally, I planned a special anniversary surprise for my wife, but unfortunately, the hotel did not fulfill it, which was quite disheartening, also one more thing the floors were a bit slippery so watch out if you have kids

The staff was surprisingly terrible by Thai standards, especially the restaurant staff, the waitress by name Tong, her terrible meaners. Tong obviously made fun of the tourists, made snide comments and even said "you can pay and go home" in English. Subsequently, she also used her hands to eat food from the breakfast buffet.
