My Style Resort Hotel

The location is perfect. It’s so close to Bangla Road and the beach that it takes less than 10 minutes to walk thru the entire Bangla road onto the beach. The location also isn’t bombarded constantly with loud music or people/vendors screaming. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. There is a perfect private parking garage underneath the hotel that actually is street level(but the small driveway slopes down under the hotel into the perfect parking garage to store (your) or multiple motorbikes, that is also covered from the elements yet is impossible to not find/utilize when you’re there. The elevators bottom floor drops you off inside the awesome little clean covered garage, then the 1st floor above it is the lobby, and your rooms will be on floors 2 - 8 depending on(floor 8 has the rooftop area with pool & the suite that is shown beside the pool is the only room on that floor 8/the roof. The cost was great, the a/c worked and you have privacy to just come and go via the elevator opening to the above mentioned garage, without needing to specifically pass through the lobby each time or deal with anyone after check in. I highly recommend booking the room on the roof by itself with the door that opens out onto the roof top pool area, as you’re the only room on that floor(all rooms at the hotel can use the pool, but it’s only room 801’s after the “everyone hours” plus the room is sort of around the corner of the pool if anyone else is in it, it wasn’t a disturbance at all)

Had great experience, the only issue was the unmentioned maintenance during the end of my stay but even that just wasn’t a problem

The service, it was very clean and quiet. The reception ladys were very polite and they helped us with everything that we needed. The staff cleaned our room every day and changed the towels. Everything was perfect

The location was extremely busy, all night. There is a 7/11 beside it so non stop traffic through the sleeping hours. The building and rooms are also much smaller than they appear in photos. When trying to get any assistance from the front desk they were uninterested. I’ve stayed at many hotels and never felt the need to give a bad review. This however is an exception

It was too small and the bathroom drainage was clogged . The water got collected on floor while taking shower and their was a weird smell in the bathroom

Is really good value for the money you pay. Rooms are big and the mattress is super comfortable. From us, that we live in London, the distance from the city centre is PERFECT. Only 15 minutes walk. Plus every single restaurante around is better and cheaper than the ones in the centre.The swimming pool is a must and everything for a really small amount of money for Patong beach.

If we had to say something would be that as there is not people in reception after 12am, we had a problem with another person that woke us up at 3am with loud music and partying and had to fix it ourselves. But again, is not like they can control the behaviour of the person in the other room.

First time solo travelling in Thailand, i chose this hotel based on the price and where it is situated. It is not in front of Patong of course but somehow i did not experience any issues. I did not use the pool, or eat breakfast. I needee a room where i can sleep, comfortable, clean room and proper housekeeping service which was given. The receptionist is so lovely also. I will miss her 'Sawadeekrap' everytime she sees me. Pros: clean, secure hotel for solo travellers, 7/11 next door, the best thai massage i had opposite of the hotel, so many places to eat and laundry nearby. Did you take any deposit. Rooms was cleaned everyday with shower amenities, watsr and clean towels given. What can you ask for?

Cons: noisy at night, its everywhere in Patong! Elevator did not work on last day, i had carry on so i took stairs no big deal.

Small, but clean room, with friendly stuff . Easy vibes on reception. Amazing breakfast & pastry with delicious coffee and smoothie. Can't find better for this price

The staff were not helpful and it is more of a guest house as no staff were present. The room was extremely small and was placed in the fire exit. The location was very far from the main area of attraction. The photos were very misleading of the room. The bathroom was the smallest I have seen so far in Thailand, particularly Phuket. The floors were all sticky from the mopping. The lobby and the waiting area was worse as there was no adequate space.

The price

Nowhere to sit. Had to work while sitting on the bed, my back ached as a result.

The location was decent.

The staff was not very helpful when my friend and I asked questions. No one was ever at the front desk working. They were hiding in a room in the back and were forced to yell for help each time. Many amenities such as hand soap were not provided. WiFi was also very poor in the room.

Room architect and ambients were good. Helpful and friendly staff. Distance to main location such as Patong Beach and Bangla road - Little far from main happening location if you plan on walking, Great place for you if you like to stay away from these locations and looking for quite place at night.

My AC was not working when I arrived. However, staff was very helpful and was able to get a technician to fix it next day.

Perfect location, friendly stuff, comfortable bed, clean room, wifi is fast and stable.

The rooms are very modern and have everything you may need with balcony and all. Bathroom small but enough for 2 and they place amenities which was very handy. The mattress and pillow were a bit hard but everything else was fantastic specially the pool at the top for nice sunsets. The location is TOP you can walk to bangla road just 10mins away and there’s everything you can think of needing around if you don’t want to walk much (7eleven, laundry, restaurants, barbershop, markets etc)

Bed was a bit uncomfortable

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Super helpful with giving out information regarding the area and how to find things.

The TV didn't have access to Netflix.

I loved the pool area, that was my first reason of booking the place, when I saw it in person it put a huge smile on my face. The property is located closer to everything you need, you could literally walk to any place you want. The staff so friendly and welcoming as well as helpful.

Nothing much, I think if you could include an iron and ironing boards in each room.
