WOOVO Phuket Patong - by Swandor

We were able to check in early, and the staff was very accomodating and helpful. The rooms were very nice, modern, and clean. The location wasn't bad either. Overall a really great hotel and an awesome deal too.

I think the hotel must have just opened for business becasue there were no signs for it anywhere. Not even on the building, so we walked past it a couple times before a security guard led us to the right place.

noisy all the time no sound proof house keeping very noisy reseption not helpful scoter parking alwa

Good breakfast.

I travelled by car. Parking is limited about 10 or 12 places.

Good only if you need a place to sleep. The pool is too small, it’s not near the beach, and there’s no balcony. The price felt a bit high for what you get. Overall, just fine as a sleeping spot, but not recommended for anything more.

I like the type of the room and staff

No ventilation in the toilet a lot of smell no sound prove also no clean water hose in the Wc

Cleaning , the staff very friendly and kind , quick response for any comments, and close around 10 minutes from Patong beach and so many restaurants around

No privacy inside the room u can hear the voice next room maybe coz not use soundproof , the swimming pool so small

Nice room and cleanSttaff are helpful and kind.Quite area far from noisy area.

No Halal food in breakfast but you can eat other things not mixed with non Halal.

Clean. Good location

No balcony. No smoking

Very nice hotel with excellent staff

Location is a bit unpleasant. Short blankets for someone who is average height.

Amazing and clean property . Stuff was friendly and food was amazing . If you want a decent and clean hotel you need to choose Woovo . Also it’s very close to famous Bangla road and other places

Great location, clean and comfortable hotel with great price

Room WiFi was in and out

The facilities are good, it’s a modern hotel. The room was spacious enough, the shower was great. It has a well equipped gym.

The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable, they were very soft that we would sink in them.A little expensive compared to other options.

Staff and location

Isolation between rooms

Very good location and value for money

I stayed for 4 nights and they did not change bed sheet even once. They only tidy up the room. The soundproof is really bad, that you can hear everything in the hallway and also next room. The elevators are squirky all the time.

I reserved for 7 days and I stayed only one day and left to other hotel and I lost 6 days money

The location

The hotel was quite clean and functional. My favorite part was breakfast , their brewed coffee was top-notch. On the street of the hotel, there are some cheap laundry businesses, I was surprised by how cheap it was.

Large and clean room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast with many items. Kids swimming pool avaliable. Good location, walking distance to the beach and far from the noisy area.

Faced a problem with the electricity in our room but was resolved by the maintenance team within an hour or so.

Welcoming drink

Location not convenient , We ask about tour package and we got response stated only for Russian ? breakfast limited , bathroom not clean No airport cab

Very very good breakfast!!Helpful staff .. we asked for lemon and ginger because of cold and they did their best every times

The hotel is on a street i didnt like very much. Not an amazing view.A bit far from bangla road contrary to what is written on the description. Count 15 to 20min walking

My room was great. It was clean, very comfortable.

The breakfast was not as rich. The pool is kinda small.
