Very well organised, starting from reception and restaurant which are opened directly to the sea..Room is good and clean The place of the hotel is fantastic far from the noise Patong beach..and you can walk to Patong beach.7 eleven market is closed to the hotel This is the first hotel I found that provides library and equipped with some booksThe resort provides a shuttle transportation to city centre all day time.Staff are helpful and friendly. Generally it was great experience of staying and very well recommended

Just a recommendation for the hotel to provide a small basket of fruits in the room when check-in, this will reflect more good impression with guests and will increase the resort luxury.

I liked how clean the property was. It had good views. Staff were friendly.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a restaurant available after breakfast hours. Only room service available. Since there weren’t many food options walking distance from hotel it would had been nice to have a nice restaurant on the property. The M Bar was also strange that it was on the ground floor. A bar would have been better on the breakfast floor area since it has a better view. Also drinks at the bar took awhile

Very good high level and quality hotel, nice and cozy. Location not so far from Patong Beach and Bangla Road, though not close at all, a lot of traffic and you need a bike to get there, by car it will take an hour in the evening. Goodd sea view, good rooms , though could be more spacious. Nice spacious bathroom with bathtub ans separate shower, and excellent seaview, excellent pool with seaview, outstnding service, freindly and very helping staff, especially in the restautrant, the best hotel restaurant in Phuket, outstanding tasty food and best service. Very recommended. Very recommended best value for the money.

Quite far from Patong beach and Bangla Road, rooms could be more spacious for such price.

Staff was nice. Hotel was not a true 5 star but it was nice .

Gym was bad .Very bad smell in certain areas .

I would suggest if you want to make more money, you staff the check in/lobby location. Guaranteed your profits will go up…also way better view and not as hot as downstairs…shut that lounge down!

Across the road from a rocky beach where there was no swimming.Need to catch bus to beach.Walking to beach difficult due to traffic and poor footpath.

The breakfast was fantastic & the selection of food was incredible! The buffet stretched from one end to the other end of the room; it was the length of the entire room! The staff in the breakfast room actually ordered the breakfast for me and brought it over to my table, after the chef cooked my breakfast. They were attentive and really listened to all of my concerns!

When I went to checkout from the hotel, they had difficulty running my Debit Card through the hand held terminal. Later, I learned that I was charged twice for the billing! But, after about 2 or 3 days, the pending charged finally dropped off. Then, only 1 charge was debited to my checking account. The location was not within walking distance of where most of the night clubs and shopping malls are. The free shuttle service worked great getting me there! But, finding a convenient shuttle on my return, proved to be challenging . These were the main reasons why I did not rate my stay, excellent. Overall, I did rate this hotel above average & the rooms were very quiet.

Nice View

It wasn’t Oceanfront. It was a very run of mill resort. Not extraordinary and quite expensive.

The room was big and bed is comfortableBell boys and Reception staff who did my check in were kind and support

1- There always very bad smell around the room in the hotel2- too much noises as the hotel located beside the street we always hearing cars and motorcycle all night and you can hear people walking steps in Rooms corridor with zero isolation3- there was construction work under my room from early morning then they gave me another room the second day4- the staff who responding the room call were no polite at all

Mold in the shower on the sealant at bottom of the glass. Breakfast although offers many choices is mediocre quality

I liked the room sizes & the service

Breakfast had halal verity but it was mostly spicy & the shuttle was so confined and we had to sit in it with no AC, doors & windows closed which was a bad experience so we used it once only (we also had a scorpion in side and it bit someone)

Clean, good location and very polite stuffs

The breakfast was perfect, and the staff were really helpful. We asked to be moved to a room next to our friends, and after two nights in another room, they kindly accommodated our request.

The location was far from both the city and the beach.

The staff at the front desk implied that we were going to steal items from the room. It made us feel very uncomfortable. We have stayed at many hotels all over the world and have never experienced anything like it. To make matters worse there was a price list of each of the items in the room right down to the bedsheets.
