The pool

I requested a large bed 2 days ahead of thw arrival but they check me in to small room aith 2 single beds and air conditioner not working. Not recommend. 2 stars hotel.

Breakfast wasnt good,restaurant was really hot for having a breakfast,wasnt 5 stars hotel really.

If you are considering bringing your family here I would seriously rethink! This hotel is more like a frat house, guests smoking joints in the pool areas, at the tables at the entrance to the hotel and the staff would do nothing about it. Not to mention when we arrived the entire property had no power and there was no one to unload/help with our bags. The WORST experience ever, do not even consider this hotel. Location is terrible too!

AVOID RESTAURANT.

AVOID THE RESTAURANT!! My partner and I suffered with salmonella food poisoning from raw chicken from the restaurant. They were quick to take our plates away and say sorry but then nothing else. I’ve contacted the restaurant and not heard anything back.

The porters were very good especially Kee, he was very knowledgeable

The reception staff didn't seem to know what they were doing half the time.The breakfast was so bad we ate minimal food and waited until we went out for the day to actually have something that resembled breakfast.It took 10 minutes for the staff to make a black coffee. By the time my companion received it, it was cold and everyone had finished eating. Very Bad breakfast experience day after day

As it so clean and very organized people

It’s far from the center and also the halal food not too much

- the rooms are quite nice and comfortable- the breakfast has good selections- the location is amazing.- theres a laundry very next to the hotel with an amazing price.

- we were a big family, and once we came in for check in the guy at the reception started filming us without our consent!!! not only him but there was also another lady at the attraction reservation kiosk filming us as well!!!!! we confronted her and she denied then found the videos on her phone. so unprofessional and unethical. other reception staff are very kind and helpful.

Bad internet. Did not have internet in the room despite the fact i reported it several times. This was a little bit of a miss.

They gave me a room millions of miles away room was good but extremely small according to the money I have paid

Room location

It was a decent sized room. Convenient walk to the beach. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.

The wifi does not work and I had to use all my date. This is additional $$ for me so I end up the same as I would for a better hotel.

Everything was good, the staff , location and food.I highly recommend for everyone. Willing to visit you again. Thanks you

Hotel is clean and good for the price. The staff are warm and amazing.

This is my third time at this hotel, and I’m already planning to come back. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Great location – central but quiet. Highly recommended!

This was my 3rd time to stay in this Hotel, the location is very good, staffs with high worm welcome gust, close to Patong beach, and all other places like the Big mall in Patong, and Boxing Club, restaurants are near by.

WiFi is so baaaaaaad, gust always complain bout the poor WiFi and the Hotel didn’t respond on this at all, WiFi can cut you off at any time, ant to floor on the pool are WiFi totally dead.If the Hotel improves the signal of the WiFi probably will boost up the number of customers who stay in this Hotel.

The rooms , the location and the pool . Kim was very good

There were groups of men smoking weed , drinking and playing very loud music in the pool . They were told but should have been told by the manager . We couldn’t stay there they ruined pool time

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast were a daily treat. I enjoyed using the gym and pool daily. The Jacuzzi's were a bit dated and not fully operational.

Only complaint my partner had was that even though the bed was big and comfortable it was two smaller beds pushed together and that created a dip in the middle.

Getting in and out of the pool could be better. Steps into the pool to walk in and out would be great.

Excellent location with great restaurants close by.

Some of staff on the front desk were quite arrogant which was to my surprise. The concierge was excellent and friendly. The WIFi is 1 out 5. I had to use data majority of the time.

The noise at 1:00 from workers who were renovating an adjacent room. Had to knock hard on the wall to let them stop only to be woken up by sanding of the wall at 06:00. Completly unacceptable.
