- Great location. Wonderful staff.
- The Osprey totally surpassed my family's expectations. This hotel is located in an area that is very manicured, and nature engulfs you. Our hotel room was one of the largest we've ever stayed in, and it took us by surprise. Beaver Creek is enchanting!

- Robes are dated and badly worn out.
- Having to valet our car each time we used it--but the process was quick and efficient.
- Unhelpful, unfriendly check in. Rest of staff was very nice and accommodating.
