Very centrally located for our needs, safe & secure parking, a very comfortable place to stay.

Stained duvet inner that was on the bed with no duvet cover.

Close to shops, and easy access to highways.

It got to the point that there were no parking available but good to know they do have a basement parking.

I have stayed here before it's convenient for family and friends and the motorway going home again

It was right next to the bus terminal meaning when I came back from the city i just took the bus rather than taxi. That was very convenient

Location

Excessive amount of air freshener in AC and carpet cleaner, the entire floor of the hotel reeked . My door card wasn’t working so I couldn’t not get into the hotel after dinnerAnd the after hours service didn’t answer the phone.

Clean and tidy. Checking in was quick.

Bed comfort - mattress to hard. I brought my own Toppa Pad to make softer mattress.

No opening windows, washing machine did not work, had to change rooms.

Easy access from SH1. The studio apt had its own washer and dryer. The room was clean. It was a busy, fall weekend and we were able to book this hotel without a problem. Every other hotel had no vacancy. The hotel reception staff were helpful.

The hallways had a strong, perfumed odor, and the carpets were dirty. The location is nondescript, nothing much in the area. I used the hotel wifi, and almost immediately, I started getting notifications that there were several (unsuccessful) attempts to login to my Microsoft account, which leads me to believe that there is a unscrupulous lot frequenting the hotel. There was also low level noise from either the room next door or the street that was constant and woke me at 1AM.

Didn't end up staying here as the windows don't open and I like fresh air. Management were awesome and sent me to another one of their hotels 10mins away. Much better as I had a balcony

I have stayed at Ramada Albany twice. The lady at the reception was friendly. Good location. Free parking.

Rooms are serviced every 3er day.

The drinks machine ran out of Coke Zero (mainly because I drank it all).

The room was very fresh and clean and the bed was comfortable. The environment was surprising quiet all night

The duvet was too hot for this time of year and even the extra blanket in the wardrobe was too warm. We suggest you supply a cotton blanket.We arrived after 10pm and had trouble contacting after-hours staff. Twice, we held on for a few minutes and were answered by a very polite assistant. However, on both occasions, the call was cut off. Finally, we rang the number on a personal cell and this time, we were successful in accessing our code and then our entry card

Value for money

Room had broken curtains, a dishwasher and a fridge. Although functional components of each had issues.

Easy to find the free parking, easy reception check-in, polite staff, clean and super quiet room.

The roof in our bathroom needed a little repairing.
