Beautiful room, convenient parking, excellent value, Lidl supermarket is nearby

Location is somewhat remote, isolated, and industrial. It was difficult for me to figure out how to use the microwave. I had to look up the instructions online.

Cleanliness, new and modern structure, parking, room well equipped with everything

The bed pillow had an uncomfortable squared shape. The breakfast could be improved with more salty options

Small room but comfortable. Enjoyed its location surrounded by houses.

Not the fault of the hotel, but being located near the airport there was airplane noise that started around 6 am.

Great value, has AC, great location to explore France/Switzerland if you have a car. Ample parking spaces and restaurants nearby

The bed was a little stiff and the pillows werent good, too tall and stiff.

Nice modern & clean hotel. Staff very friendly, and the rates were very good. Also, they have AC, very important in the summer. This is actually unusual being on the outskirts of Basel, CH, since hotel in Switzerland are not allowed to have AC (environmental reasons), so for summer trip to Basel, this is key.

On the downside, its in a bit of an Industrial park, though a short walk from downtown in village of Hagenheim, FR that is very cute. IMPORTANT: Taxis and Ubers generally will not cross French/Swiss border so if you're going to/from Basel, you may have to walk ~200 meters to the border to order a taxi. It is due to "gentleman's agreement" between the taxi unions to not poach customers from each other, but can make getting a car very difficult.

The newness of the hotel and how comfortable it was.

Not the hotel’s fault but when we were there there was construction of the street with rocks for the road material made it a little difficult to walk to restaurants.

Good location between Swiss, German and borders, nice acknowledgment of our mini honeymoon, thank you for that.Spacious rooms, great facilities within, we had a coffee machine and kettle, which was a nice touch. Private and secure parking

The family room includes a sofa, a kitchen, and a separate room with bunkbeds. Large bathroom with great shower. Air Conditioning, and good light-blocking shades. Free parking. Included breakfast was very good.

Beautiful hotel not far from Basel, very well maintained. Spacious rooms and very good shower. Hotel has EV chargers (€10). Own parking. Petfriendly. Very friendly staff. Walking distance to Lidl. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel surprised us with it's cool design touches and the room felt almost like we were staying at a boutique hotel. Very nice bathroom, very comfy beds, AC was necessary and worked very well. There is even a mini fridge to use, and there is a great organic produce store just a 5 minute walk down the road from the hotel that's worth visiting to get some things to put in the fridge :-)

The hotel send us an excessive amount of emails leading up to our one night stay, however none of the emails pointed out that the hotel is at the end of a residential street (that was torn open for construction) in an odd location between suburbian homes and warehouses, we almost didn't find it. Our room was on the first floor, and the people staying at the room below had a terrace they made use of until midnight which was very loud. The breakfast offerings also were a bit on the stingy side and could offer a bit more variety.

The hotel is good and easy to reach if you want to visit Basel. Everything else is wonderfull and really recommendable Staff is very helpful and friendly.

There is noice of the airplanes all day unti 10 oclock at night

Registration after office hours is possible at a totem. The machine works well, and I could pay for my little dog even though the reservation/payment of the overnight stay was done previously. Staff is very nice.

Stylish and comfortable room, quiet surroundings. Basel is 10 minutes by car, but the prices are several times lower than on the Swiss side of the border

For my purpose the location was great, just a walking distance to Allshcwill.

Hotel staff are only available for couple of hours per day. While it's a walking distance to Switzerland, in a rainy day it will be challenging to get a taxi to pick you up.

Perfect hotel for one - two nights. We used it to sleep over during our trip to Italy. Perfectly close to the Swiss border.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. I like this motive of Jeannala & Seppala in decorations through whole hotel. We didn't have time to have dinner out, so, kettle and tea, coffee, plates and cutlery helped very much (not usuall in hotel rooms).

There are still space to improve though in service. But if you ask for something (I did), they do it. And I would like to have some vegetables at breakfast next time.

Very clean. Lovely staff. It's a very functional place to stay.

Location is effectively on a business park. Facilities were very functional - no bar, no reception during certain times and food outside of breakfast is only available via a vending machine

all good - the room was pretty cold when we arrived at 11pm but the aircon has warmed it up quickly
