Located on the coast of Banderas Bay in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, this resort offers a water sports center, 2 spas, and 4 on-site restaurants serving Mexican and international food. The accommodations at the Paradise Village Beach Resort include cable TV and a patio. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. A safety deposit box is also provided. This Puerto Vallarta resort hosts a golf course, kids club, and activities center. A gym and outdoor pool with 2 waterslides are also located on site. Concierge services and a tour desk are available to guests. The alligator’s water slides at the main pool area will be under renovation from 1st - 27th September 2024. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is 35 minutes from Paradise Village Beach Resort and Spa Nuevo Vallarta. Puerto Vallarta International Airport is less than 20 minutes away from the resort.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that some rooms will be under renovation from 04/05/2025 to 10/10/2025 (completion date subject to change) and guests may experience some noise or disturbances due to this. Renovation work will only be conducted during business hours on weekdays. As part of our continued commitment to enhance our property and service, we are currently in the process of renovating our conference rooms. The renovation works are expected to be completed by March 31st 2025.

- Location is beautiful - on the edge of the beach, feels like you are in a private location
- Location & beach was great!! There is a tiger named ?Daisy? on location for what I understand many years. Her enclosure is very small, so very cruel. Property has 300 acres and she has 200 sq ft. No toys, just a cement enclosure. :-(
- Location and service.
Cons -
- Amenities in your room: no coffee or tea with all inclusive option. Hotel hrs 7 am - 11 pm Prefer 6 am - 11 pm. Lobby is compact.
- Upon check out, another guests spa bill was added to our room. The signature was verified it was not ours & they still wouldn?t let us leave unless we paid the charge (that was not ours). Threatened to call the police if we did not pay.
- Check-in and check-out were extremely difficult and stole time from my vacation. Hotel employee is the best! She resolved many of the challenges my family encountered upon our check-in.
