Great location if you’re looking for something close to the events center. Close to the subway which is also nice.

The room however was tiny and there were so many rules such as “clean everything after yourself, so you don’t get charged extra” that it stressed me out.

Great location, very close to bus and train station. The room was very cosy and the view was beautiful aswell. Warm and well equipped room, I recommend.

Room was modern, clean, well-lit. Kitchen area wad functional and had all of the equipment needed. Warm water. Bed was comfortable.

Slightly cold in the room, except the bathroom where the floor was heatedTv could have been provided with some streaming services. Also normal channels were not working. Maybe put up a guide on how to fix that

Amazing spot, around 5 minutes to the train station, which takes you to the city center in ~15 minutes.Coop is close to the building, a cozy place with everything we needed to feel comfortable - kitchen facilities, good WiFi, nice panoramic views, and really warm inside, which is quite important in this area.

The host mentions extra charges for dirty dishes, but this is not disclosed in the Booking.com listing. Transparency is important when booking accommodation and should be disclosed in the apartment description.

The apartment is located just a 3-minute walk from the train that goes directly to Stockholm city center. It is on the 13th floor and offers a lovely view. The apartment is clean, modern, and well maintained, with a small but fully equipped kitchen that has all the cutlery and essentials you need. It also includes an ironing board and iron.The bathroom has underfloor heating, which is perfect after a day spent walking in the snow. Although the check-in was self-service, we had a brief interaction with the owner regarding some towels. He responded very quickly, and the issue was resolved promptly.Overall, the price was very affordable, especially compared to accommodation in other Western/Eastern European cities or capitals, making this apartment excellent value for money.

Location very convenient - metro very close.

TV switches off randomly. The thermostat was switching to Auto even though was explicitly set to max temperature. The garbage seems not to be sorted because we have to drop everything we have in a single container. Lights in the room were not comfortable for eyes.

The place is totally clean and tidy. There is also lots of space in the room.

The place outside the facility was extremely noisy early in the morning, as some workers started clearing away snow from the parking place in front of it at 4:15 and then continued sanding it making yet more noise. Totally inconsiderate and kept me awake since that time. The hotel should definitely talk to the company taking care of the place outside as there was too much disturbance and tell them not to make noise during antisocial hours. I would also appreciate the hotel cutting down on the number of messages sent after the reservation with lots of redundant information.

Location, access to public transport, grocery, parks and restaurants (halal options). Smooth access with door codes.

Location location location. Close to the train station and just a 20 minute walk to the person we wanted to visit.The room was large enough and the beds very comfortable.And a great view!!

For a short stay the room is comfortable enough. But easy chairs or a couch would be a great addition.

Too many instructions about what to do and not do, making me feel uncomfortable and threatened. For example, "don't leave trash if not you will be charged, etc...: something to that effect. We felt like we had to clean up after ourselves, even after taking a shower. Not a relaxing feeling at all.

Was close to the train station only 12-15 min to the central station

Under the beds was really dirty. Also we booked a single double bed and we get two single beds

Elevator did not stop on 12 th floor so scary. Had to get off on 13 and walk . Salt and pepper would be great addition for little cost. Shower leaked to toilet area

Clean, great location next to Stockholmsmässan. Just as advertised. Very easy to get to center Stockholm due to 4 commuter trains passing next to it.

It is 3-5 minutes walking to Alvsjö train station, 8 minutes from Stockholm Centraal. Our room was on 12th floor, contactless check-in, check-out.

We didn’t use it much but the refrigerator has a weird smell.

modern quiet appartment with good view of nature and very close to train station in 15 minutes you arrive the center.there is hyper market near to the building.the staff are helpfull and kind.

very very uncomfortable sofa bed it was awful specially for 2 adults..the other downside is there is no luggage storage that you can choose to early check in by paying extra fee.and the kitchen is very very small there is no place on top of the cabinets to put stuff or wash dishes by hand(not machine).the plug is at the bottom so you should put kettle or coffee machine on the floor to plug in.putting shelf inside the bathroom would be beneficial.too many messages before check in through email are really bothering.

The rooms are clean and have the necessary items for your travel

The soap dispenser in one lf the rooms did not work and they ask you to wash your dishes to avoid extra fees

Property is well located. I thought it would be a bit far from the centre but with the commuter train from Älvsjö Station you can get downtown very quickly. Beautiful view of Stockholm from the windows. Room was clean. Kitchen was well-equipped. Coop supermarket very close by. Laundry facilities on-site (which need to be booked in advance). Was able to organize early check in and late check out for a small fee.

Had a bit of trouble operating the TV. Kitchen is a bit small.
