NOTHING>>>>I had to pay and extra $50 for late check out. Had to pay extra cause there was NO free hotel shuttle during my time of arrival and departure.

NO ENglish language spoken and understood.

We spent the night here because we wanted to be close to the airport as we had an early flight out of Taipei. We didn't use any of the facilities because we arrived late and left early. The room was very spacious, including the bathroom (though we didn't have a tub). Beds were very comfortable and we liked the pillow options. Even the slippers were comfortable and well padded (better than the slippers we had at a Holiday Inn in Singapore, our next destination).The staff were extremely helpful. There was a group of about 150 students clogging up access to the elevators. The staff got us to our room in our own elevator so we didn't have to wait for the students and they brought our bags to the room just minutes later.Free shuttle service to the airport was fantastic and got us to the airport with plenty of time before our flight.

Our stay was so short, there was nothing that we didn't like.

New hotel, good breakfast, clean

Crazy that at an international hotel group, the entire building is on ALL heat or ALL AC. We couldn't control the temperature in our room and were sweating all night. The front desk could provide no solutions besides opening the window in our room. It lowered the temperature by half a degree...would not recommend this hotel for this reason alone

When we booked hotel in december they accept our request to provide airport pickup. However, in 2026 they notified me that they no longer provide pickup shuttle. They did provide shuttle to the airport which was good.

Rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Facilities are well appointed and maintained. Large open lobby.

I did not like that there was no real shuttle available to pick you up from the airport. If you need or want this service you have to book it, schedule it ahead of time. Thus, I had to take a taxi to the hotel. The hotel is not near the train station and there are no restaurants nearby. No stores or anything exiting to do or see. The shuttle in the morning is not only for hotel guests, so other people from other hotels share the shuttle to the airport. Again, you have to confirm that you need this service, and they will take you only if they have room.

The Cantonese customer behind us was very rude and put his hands on the counter interrupting our check in. Old man and his wife. We instantly know they are not Taiwanese because they were so rude.

Checking in staff’s English is so terrible, I hardly can understand what she was saying. Another staff had to “translate whatever she was saying”. Awful. Also the tv channels are all Chinese and no Japanese at all. Weird. Never see any hotels in Taiwan no Japanese TV。

The location is close to the mass transit.

The room is smaller than expected. The cleanliness is so so since the carpet is not the best.

Lack of communication prior to arrival. Shuttle is not on demand or scheduled, must book in advance and they are unable to accommodate changes to times once the shuttle is booked. Paid for a taxi, which is about $10 USD each way, so not too bad .Also, no restaurant. One must go to the Sheraton across the road or the 7-11.

It's so rare to find rooms that offer 2 king beds. These beds were so comfortable, and the room was very quiet, even with its proximity to the airport. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was very good with lots of variety of choices. My family and I were beyond pleased with our stay.

Can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Stayed the night before my flight home and was very glad for the free airport shuttle.

A bit pricier than my other stays in Taiwan, but worth it for the convenience

Fantastic customer service that went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay, getting aboard the shuttle to the airport, etc. The breakfast was also INCREDIBLE!

Only negative was some noise from the room next door, not the thickest of walls.

The staff were so helpful. The room is very new and fresh feeling. The airport shuttle was convenient and easy to register for.

The laundry room is in the basement and only has one of each machine. So if someone hand washes their clothes and steals the dryer, you may have wet clothes and nowhere to put them.
