One Front Desk person was especially helpful, taking time to kindly walk me to the nearest ATM and has other useful information. She speaks excellent English.

the environment was great. right inside Pier 2 Art district,, walking distances to many attractions. Although next to the light railway track, the windows did sound proof well.

Bad safety equipment is concerning. On day 2, ~6am , the alarm was suddenly on and told everyone to evaluate. We and all customers rushed out. Then, a staff said it was false alarm. An angry customer said it was the 2nd time for her 1 week stay here.

Such a shame that we only stayed for one night! The Room and staff were exceptional!

Beautiful, modern facility. Proximity to rail station and mall. Very nice park across the street. Quiet tranquil surroundings.

Room size may be a challenge for larger people.

Loved the snacks and drinks, the room was chic and clean. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful. We walked around the pond and to the various malls. Not a typical tourist experience but really fun for an airport waylay anyways.

Not far from metro station and shopping center. Staff was helpful and free Bier.

The room was small, and since it is located near the airport, people are constantly coming and going, making it difficult to sleep.

Great location. 10 minute walk to a large shopping mall with lots of restaurants. Also, a 7-11 close by.

Convenient, clean and quiet

It’s very spacious and clean! Love that there is a pantry with free snacks and drinks! Truly a gem! Also the staff are very friendly and helpful! the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Taiwan!

This is our second stay at this hotel and continues to meet expectations - helpful front desk with luggage storage upon early arrival; luggage was moved to our room after check in time when we returned to the property. Room was clean with comfortable AC. Really appreciate the availability of beverages and snacks 24/7.

Great location just off MRT, walkable to Gloria Outlets, X-park, etc. Staff was helpful in storing luggage until check in time and we enjoyed the complimentary beverages/snacks during our stay.

Room is high efficiency (small), which is what we expected for Asia. A luggage rack would have been a helpful additional surface to use.

New area and close by to convenient store 7 eleven and few breakfast shop, just right on the corner.

The bed is too soft, and the pillow feels like a paper.

Very quiet and clean. The environment is very good, as it is beside the lake. Although they don’t have breakfast they provide snack and coffee as well as beer at night

If you don’t have a car, it may be a little far from the HSR station but it’s good for airport transit

Overlooking the small lake, the neighbourhood is really quiet and nice.

Toilet floor was a little too slippery when wet, can consider rougher toilet tiles.

Everything was satisfactory no issues plenty of close places to eat and easy to get to and from the airport

Staff was amazing and we loved the bar at the hotel. It was also a good distance to nearby attractions and the airport.

Clean, quiet, nice sheets, terrific location as it is very close to the airport and the restaurants nearby are wonderful. We are really glad we picked Alfar.

Truly it was great with nothing to really complain about. The only tiny thing I noted was the coffee machine had horrible coffee.
