Smelly hell

My “deluxe” room was so smelly that I couldn’t even wash my teeth in the toilet without vomiting, so I had to do it in the garden, and sleep with this smell. Even my belongings were smelly when I left. I kept complaining for 5 days without any reaction, the manager kept telling me everyday that they would change my room without anything happening. The rest is the staff was nice, helpful and smily. I had to ask three days in a row to clean my room, but not happening either, even having to ask to replace my toilet paper… and sooo expensive… I expect a lot more for this price.

It is right on the beach

Everything was old and shabby. Lots of muskito in the room.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Dive resort has a lot of different options. I dove for 3 days straight for a total of 9 dives.

Nice location right on the beach with a nice staff.

Room was not very updated and not clean. Toilet paper and a towel would’ve a nice addition.

pleasant staff, good food at the restaurant as well. considerate in every request, will go back again.

they need to upgrade their room stuff. faucet, shower. outdated. Hopefully they can recover.

The staff were amazing! Super friendly and helpful. The diving was amazing too! Hazmine, our diver master was an excellent guide!

The rooms are small and the bathroom was terrible. The toilet is pretty much in the shower. The shower pressure was very very weak, so it was hard to wash after an entire day in the ocean. Having said that, for the price you pay per night, it was worth it with the excellent diving!

Room was ok. Good bed and good Aircon. CR and shower ok.

Water supply had small red larvae of possibly midges in it. Water very salty. Coffee cups and instant coffee provided but no hot water boiler. The area adjacent to the resort had a large rubbish dump which needs to be screened off from view. A few small concrete paths leading from the eating area to the hotel rooms would be a good idea to prevent sand getting into rooms and would improve the general amenity. There was some rubbish under the bed from previous tenant , a bottle and food wrapper. With these improvements it could be a good place to stay as the location is good.

The location was really convenient and easy to access from the port.

The toilet seat was broken and bed sheets with some stains.

Great room, bathrooms and showers were great, close proximity to everything.Staff were pleasent and helpful accomodating most requests, even a bag of washing while I was diving one day.

There was nothing I could really fault of this place.

communication with staff could have been better but the receptionist lady was wonderful. also my shower/water in room didn't really work.

The beds were comfortable

The bathroom was dirty, the sink leaked and the tap didn’t go into the sink. The hanging space had no rail for clothes, the electrical sockets was hanging off the wall. There was supposed to be a tv, there wasn’t one. The workers started playing heavy metal music one morning at 6am very kindly from two massive speakers

Location. Beach front. Staff is very accommodating. My sister went scuba diving with them and was offered discount since we are their guests.

TV is broken. Toilet door knob is broken.

Bad service

They were unfriendly and absolute not welcoming. Management texted on FB in case I want to stay longer but THIS PRRSON never showed up. Disorganized and only money oriented!

The location was right on a nice strip of beach. Close to dive shops and very good restaurants.

This is not a dive resort. I messaged roughly two weeks before to inquire about dive prices (and received a price breakdown) and then show up and find out no diving is available. The staff just laughed and said oh no diving. Very questionable and I think they only edited a nearby dive shops price sheet to keep my booking.The staff there were also very unfriendly and would often ignore us. This location seems better suited to the local clients as they did not seem interested in tourists at all. We will definitely pass on this accommodation and book with an actual tourist friendly dive resort.

Friendly staff. We asked for a few stuffs like hair dryer, hot water and they made it readily available for us.They have a lot of cute dogsss. I miss one of the dog named Galaxy!

short walk from the pier where the boat drops you off, right on the beach! hot water in the showers and staff moved us room after our first shower was broken!

definitely needs a spruce up, doesn’t look like the photos. terrible pressure in the showers. nothing really happens on an evening at this end of the beach, places further down are always busy! aircon units also make lots of noise
