NYX Herzliya

Breakfast good, location convenient, room was good but cleaning was very bad. Also I needed to call 3 time to ask for iron and after waiting for 1.5 hour still didn't receive it.

Breakfast buffet was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable.

The pool was very crowded

i didn't read the 'small print' to see that the pool was 18+ and I wasn't alerted to this even though i booked for a 12 year old. the pool was the reason i booked this trip, and without this the hotel had very little to offer us. it was a huge disappointment.

Friendly staff, modern hotel, nice rooms, comfy beds, central location close to beach and Herzliya waterfront (about 1km). We really enjoyed our stay!

very good breakfast and very comfort room, very nice team

Location, rooms, overall vibe

the gym is consistently short of towels and water drinking cups, the bar is not open to the guests on the weekend, the staff does not respond to guest complaints, the lifts work partially on the Sabath

The staff were friendly and professional, the location and facilities comfortable and clean.

I stayed in a room where a nice view was missing.

We loved the breakfast and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The length and depth of the pool should be mentioned in your ad, as it is not deep. I'm a swimmer and was looking forward to it. The bar on the rooftop was closed, what a shame, we were looking forward to it.

Interesting lobby decor

Cost, breakfast extra fee unlike other hotels in area

Decor is magnificent Great location Helpful staffRooms ver comfortable and spacious Nice diversity of breakfast options Lobby smells great!

Bathroom light not adequate at allHair dryer very weak

Room is great, service is terrible

Two staff members at the reception, extremely rude. I booked a room for 2 adults. Two of my co workers finished work late at night and came straight to the hotel. One of them already had a room and the other co workers finished booked on the booking app. The first question I was hit with was “ How do we know you are not hiding someone in the room” i was shocked by this, so I said, you are asking a client to prove to you that I am not hiding someone in my room. I was shocked by this. To make things worse the security guy actually went up to my room to check if i am hiding someone there. And when they saw that there’s no one, then they allowed my co workers to come in. My other co worker made a reservation through booking since it was late at night after work, but they refused to give him a room so he had to cancel

I loved the pool/spa area. It’s open until 19:00. The pool is indoors with jacuzzis, sauna and steam room available to all guests. The hotel is really clean, really simple, the staff is really sweet and amicable. They upgraded our room for no reason without us asking. Honestly really liked it for the weekend

Staff seemed uninterested and unattentive

Woke up in the middle of the night because of noise outside ( a large group of people sitting around just under my window) Tried to call reception but no one picked up.

The location is great, the hotel is cozy, clean and great especially for short stays .. The room size is enough, spacious, and the front desk was very welcoming when I arrived at the hotel. Wifi worked well too .. I

There was no proper coffee served in the breakfast .. Only the Nespresso capsules, which was a disappointment for me ... Also the entrance of the hotel is closed due to road construction, which makes it a bit inconvenient to get in/out .. otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

Modern, beautiful, clean, good spa

No balcony

Breakfast very good location was disruptive because of repairs to road

Dusty in rooms didn't always get face towels

Very modern design. Really nice location and nice breakfast

Could have free parking for the hotel guests and larger pool area

Beautiful hotel, great studio room, kind staff, amazing breakfast, close to the beach and many other restaurants, clean and professional.

Nothing really, I truly enjoyed my stay!

The property is in good location, the staff is very nice, the food is good, the gym and saunas are nice.

The room wasn’t very clean, there were dust and hair on the floor.
