Every part of this hotel was amazing!! And we were especially grateful to the manager for her help in making our stay so enjoyable!!

The staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean.

The sliding door would not lock. The coffee pot in the room would not work. No creamer for the coffee. No hand towels, had to call for some.

Our stay at Herods Hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel is ideally located, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind, always making sure we felt welcome and well taken care of.We also had a special gathering during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to organize everything perfectly for us. Thanks to their attention to detail and great support, we shared a truly memorable time together. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed our experience.From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which was a lovely gesture and made our stay even more comfortable.The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained, and everything we needed was provided, including the crib and baby bath. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing, and the staff were always helpful and professional.We would be happy to return and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

I would consider staying again

Overhead shower did not work. No helpful instructions to control room temperature - we were freezing cold when we went to bed and boiling hot half way through the night. TV controller was very unresponsive. Suite had cooking facilities but no cutlery. Coffee maker did not work.

Amazing location, beautiful design and atmosphere , friendly stuff.

Made an upgrade to a suit and did not feel pampered. The bathroom room should have been maintained better and more warmth, bigger TV screen in the living.

The Breakfast was really good with a lot of options. The location is very good, close to the beach and the marina and the free parking is a really big bonus.

This is regarded as a 5 start hotel but it's not. Nothing felt special. The service was ok. The rooms are basically designed with nothing special. The spa is small and crowded.

the bed was comfy and the shower was very good. Also, when we had a problem in the check-in process, the guy who was at the reception - tall, light brown hair - I didnt catch his name but he seemed to be a manager - was very patient and knowledgeable. He resolved the issue.

The AC had 2 settings - too cold or off. that was pretty annoying. The coffee - which is so important to me in the morning - was not good. There was no real way to heat non-milk and we couldn't order our coffee so we were stuck with bad coffee which was cold and couldnt be heated.Another issue which I usually dont have at hotels - the bedside tables are way below the height of the beds. This is annoying and inconvenient.The food in the dairy restaurant was ok - not more than that.

It was amazing staff since the first moment I could see that they here for me. Everyone was nice everything go fast. One of my best vacation experience

The only thing I'm asking is USB in the room

Location is nice The place is quiet and elegant The rooms are nice.The team was very respectful and helpful.

Basically you have nothing to do in the hotel. The spa is very very basic. I mean massage rooms and few simple hottubs outside facing another building. Not suitable for couples.

Very good food, spacious rooms, beautiful view from windows, very kind stuff.

Air conditioning was making sound at night. The stuff did try to fix it, but couldn’t. We turned it off and used the air conditioning in the next room.The spa in the hotel is weird. Dont count on that. The spa is not part of the hotel but it is inside the facility. Also the massage was disappointing.

Pool hours to short, in the morning starting late, but finishing sharp. Air con stopped working in the middle of the night 30 degrees. Nothing we can do was the staff answer.

The suite was very nice.The food was good and plentiful and the staff were attentive

There was a large dead roach in one room the 1st morning.The next day there was another dead one in the hallway.The 3rd day there was a tiny roach on my pillow.

I don’t know where to start.. we booked from April 9th-April 11th with my husband. Assuming there would be a pool and spa hours would be just like every other hotel. We got there and they let us know that the pool was closed (I guess it’s a time of year where the pool isn’t open), spa hours end at 15:00. Spa includes a sauna and a few jacuzzis that are located outdoors where construction workers can totally see you. We had an issue with our tv, the curtains in our room didn’t close completely so we had light in the room the majority of the time.. breakfast was included but very limited options. Staff wasn’t very welcoming. Put us on hold for a very long time when we called for the tv issue. I’m very disappointed and should have stayed somewhere else. I called all the other hotels around.. their pools are all open. Guess we made a mistake thinking Herods would be very great and comfortable.. the only good thing was the massage. It was very very good! Honestly it’s a shame I’m always so excited to leave great reviews about hotels and I guess first time for everything. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Maybe it’s just this specific time of year? Truly confused

It’s fine for recuperation after a medical procedure if you go to the nearby facility.The room was spacious .

It’s beyond its days of glory, aged in a rather deserted area. The location is near the beach and Marina - but it’s not a place to vacation.The breakfast has a huge variety, but not quality.

They saved us in a situation we didn’t have enough time before shabbat and they welcomed us and supported us

The hotel was run down. The facilities were below standard.

The rooms were fantastic with a most incredible view of the marina. We were upgraded to a suite with a balcony. There was wine and fresh cakes and a coffee machine in the suite!

All was good

Great location, amazing breakfasts, wonderful room and very supportive staff.

They should have an indoor pool for the winter
