    Pros +

    • the staff was generally polite and helpful
    • Visited mid-October and in the final week of the season so the hotel was quietening down which meant more space around the pool and in the restaurant. Overall, very good hospitality at the pool bar and main restaurant, with the main street in Tigaki only a 5 minute walk away and the beach a similar distance. The room was very comfortable for the 5 nights we were there, with regular cleaning. We booked a taxi via the hotel to/from the airport - another excellent service.
    • This hotel is such good value for money. The staff were fantastic, polite and attentive. The location is perfect, near the beach but also easy access to Kos town and other sights. The room was beautiful and the pool area was so tranquil. We cannot recommend this hotel enough.

    Cons -

    • The hotel needs a serious renovation.Rooms look like they are from the 80s. Walls have flaky paint and signs of water/humidity damage.Breakfast is poor, especially for a Greek hotel, there could be thousands better options for produce and breakfast options they could go with.In general no attention to detailRoom was full of mosquitos, even with nets on.No amenity kits whatsoever, even for simple things.
    • The bed was a little soft but we recognise that's a personal taste for us.
    • Cocktails & bottled water not included in the all inclusive. Food very average. The pool was possibly the coldest water I’ve ever been in, the sea was warmer, barely anyone was in the pool. Very quiet hotel, little to no entertainment. Range of ‘snacks’ was a fridge of a few pre made sandwiches. WiFi was horrendous. TV only seemed to have one English Channel.

Very clean & modern. Great location. Friendly staff. Nice seating areas. Rooms nice enough.

Room, hotel, food and service was fantastic. The location is perfect to travel in all over the island

    Wifi is really bad

Perfect location, beautiful poolside, very nice cleaning staff, neat and clean.

Even though you are all inclusive, you cannot get water in a bottle without paying extra (only in a glass) - a bit stingy considering the price we paid! Most of the staff members were really nice and helpful, but the waiters were quite rude, which was a shame (only one young waiter was polite).

Plenty of choice but strangest omelette I have ever seen. Coffee not that great and would have liked a fresh orange juice machine

    No cocktails on all inclusive

    Amazing location and lovely staff

Music at pool bar really needs sorted and such a shame cocktails etc aren’t included in all inclusive

Perfect Place to stay. Food was amazing. Close to the beach. The Staff are very friendly, especially Nikos from the restaurant.

    Nothing, everything was perfect!

Loved everything! Such good value for money, always so many food options. Staff are so lovely! Pool area is great! Showers are really good pressure. Great location, easy to get a bus into kos. Very good experience overall.

    Nothing! Everything was exceptional.

Lovely bright, clean hotel. Daily room service with regular linen changes. Spacious pool area. Plenty of comfortable beds and umbrellas. A wide selection of food options, always fresh and well stocked. All staff are friendly and very helpful. Traditional Greek dancing and BBQ night is very well organised. Hotel is an easy 5 minute walk to other bars, restaurants and shops. Beach is a 10 minute stroll. This was our 2nd visit and it will definitely not be our last. Would recommend this hotel for couples who enjoy a quiet, hassle free holiday.

Nothing really - Maybe a few simple cocktail options would give more of that holiday vibe.

This hotel was very zen, relaxed, pool site was great with lovely views. Hotel room was clean but kind if small

I expected more for the price and all inclusive. In Gaia its just not worth the money. Breakfast is rubbish, room is small with weird sounds from the fridge, if you dont close the bathroom doors entire room smells like sewage.. there is a sign not to throw toilette paper in the toilette?? Bar at the pool has awful coffe. And when i say awful, that is an understatement. Same is in the restaurant. All inclusive means just a few drinks like water, few soft drinks, gross coffee and then wine (also nit nice), ouzo and beer. The offer is not for the entire drinks menu. Snacks offered were quite bad too.

With gratitude to all personal for there work. It was excellent. Very nice music choice at pool bar. Special thanks for barmen and restaurant team.

Most uncomfortable is drinking water: no water coolers, not in room. only by glass from bar. So you have to go to Supermarket to buy water if need in room or tonight. Food in ALL IN style, if in Greek style - it was excellent. But it will be much more great if use some herbs and species.

Nice room, excellent food, chilled atmosphere

We really enjoyed our week stay here. The pool facilities were clean and spacious with plenty of sun loungers. The bar staff and waiting staff were always friendly and polite. Helpful receptionists - I informed them that the hair dryer wasn't working and they brought me another one straight away. The location is also convenient for the beach and the bus stop into Kos Town. Very peaceful and slept well.

The food gets a little samey every day if you are staying all-inclusive but overall offered great value for money.

    9IsabellePosted on: 9-4-2023

Really friendly staff. Food was really yummy and varied. Good range of alcohol under the all inclusive menu- the g&ts were strong!Room was clean and comfortable. The pool was huge , with loads of sunbeds.

The Wi-fi could have been better!

    7MarcoPosted on: 8-17-2023

The location is great so as the pool area and the facilities around it

Quality of food and drinks average and some staff not very pleasant

    9MaïchaPosted on: 8-14-2023

    Quiet, bed, swimming pool

The first 3 days the food was very much catered for the German guests, so not so good. But after that it was very varied and different every day.
