It was lovely and clean

The food choices wasn’t great on a evening lunchtime was great lots of choice

hotel was lovely, location, rooms etc were all nice. clean and looked great

the all inclusive offerings were poor. unable to get a bottle of water from any bar at the hotel. only tap. unacceptable if you ask me. service while in the all inclusive restaurant was poor for breakfast and dinner. food was poor overall, same stuff rehashed each day it felt like.

Really what isn’t to like.Lovely rooms and facilities, the grounds have large green open spaces with beautiful planting. While swimming in the pool you can look at the view of the mountain.The rooms are spacious with plenty of room on terraces or balconies with a helpful drying rack available for swimsuits. Everywhere is kept impeccably clean for the number of guests milling about everyday. The level of service the staff provide is of an incredibly high standard, they are friendly and professional. From the reception and cleaning staff, to the chefs and servers in the restaurant right through to the bar men and women, and very efficient waitress staff in the bars.Prior to arrival the hotel kindly assisted with arranging a taxi from the airport which was there waiting. The buffet menu is designed to cater to everyone so will come down to personal taste, but there are always options available.The two on site a la carte restaurants, Italian and Mediterranean, we tried were delicious and well worth booking into during the stay.The entertainment is also fantastic, putting on events during the day and shows in the evening. They have quite clearly been part of or are certainly capable of being part of professional companies and it shows in the quality of the entertainment.We would certainly visit again.

The entertainment team are amazing and truly deserve their own dressing room for the fantastic shows they put on.Anything else is really nit picking and most likely personal preference.

The swim up room was on a good sized pool. All the staff were really helpful and spoke English. The resort was always very clean with ample bins for any rubbish/cup drop off points.

The beach wasn't very clean with left over cigarette butts and seaweed covering the area, this was very obvious when comparing with the section next door belonging to another hotel.The first night the staff were very quick to offer drinks within the all inclusive food area, but as we went on it took until we got desserts some nights. The one time we asked, the waitress told us she didn't do drinks and the offering was very inconsistent, with being able to get spirits included one night but not the rest.There isn't really any where to get traditional greek meals/food (e.g. Gyros/Saganaki/Stifado etc), even on either the "Kos" or "Greek Cuisine" nights. Tzatziki was pretty consistent throughout each meal offering however. The only place was the restaurants down the road, but at around 40€ (including drinks) a time.There was no information on how to book into the exclusive restaurants despite supposedly getting one visit during our stay. With other all inclusive resorts previously visited, this was bookable online.While there is a fridge in the room, not having any local beer/drinks (we stayed in the adults only area) was disappointing, as the nearest pool bar shut before 6pm most nights and was at the other side of the opposite hotel block, so a bit annoying to get to.Forgot to add originally, there are ants everywhere. Thankfully they don't come into the rooms

The dinner buffet food was AWFUL! We had to eat out every night apart from the 2 al a cartes which were included in the all inclusive which were ok. The lunch food was below average too, very disappointing

The whole complex is amazing. i would def recommend a swim up room. the food is fantastic and the pizzas at lunch time are the best i have ever tasted. The location is great, you can walk out at night and grab a drink in a bar if you fancy going off the complex. the spa is fantastic too.

for the entertainment to be earlier on a night time.

Amazing staff, great hotel, very attentive and understanding, always helpful and good provided something special for our babies birthday. Also upgraded us free of charge for the special occasion which was amazing.

We got upgraded and room was not amazingly clean although they went out of their way to give us an upgrade and as soon as we mentioned the room the immediately came and cleaned it

Food repetitive. Poor all-inclusive options very limited, snacks were left over from dinner! Orange + other juices were just squash. Cocktails of poor quality, didnt taste like the real thing at all. Main restaurant busy hardly any waiters to serve you. Wouldnt let you order at the bar so a long and sometimes no show for drinks. Tiny minibus to take you to the beach sometimes it had to make 3 trips to accommodate guests wishing to go. Avoid rooms at front of the hotel, road very busy 24/7. Drunk guests on their balconies at 2am. Reported to reception who didn't do anything about it.

Fabulous property, spotlessly clean and very friendly staff.

The breakfast and lunch were good, dinner was a bit of a let down but there was something for everyone.

The entertainment is listed as low key and soft entertainment, it is good for kids but young couples could get abit bored. The location is great so can always walk into the town

Super beautiful hotel and very good facilities, the territory is huge. We had a private pool in our terrace which was amazing and definitely elevated our experience at the hotel! Loved tennis and padel courts! Thank you!!!

The limited selection of food at the buffet restaurant, however the a la carte restaurant was exceptional!

We had a swim-up room so had direct access to the pool within a secluded part of the hotel. Very friendly staff who went the extra mile and provided us with a courtesy room to freshen up on our last day after checking out.

Breakfast was very good, but the quality of food for the other meals could be improved.

Everything spread out and easy to get around

We absolutely loved this stay, this is definitely the best place to stay in Kos!!! Unreal food, staff are amazing and so on it with the drinks! Lots of pools, 2 restaurants for free when staying for a week. Can’t wait to be back!!

Only things I would say could be better is just if there was some music on in the day time would be so perfect & if there was a little bar at the beach xx

Modern property and nice pool areas

The drink selection and quality of alcohol was very poor. Buffet was limited also a lot of the same food every day.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Lots of little extra touches made our stay feel really luxurious, such as complimentary juice on arrival, being shown to our room, bath robes and slippers provided, and cushioned sun beds. There was also an excellent choice and variety in food, and the Italian a la Carte restaurant was such an indulgent and special evening.

Couldn't fault anything in my opinion

The hotel is very new and very beautiful. The staf is really really friendly, eventho they work hard. They always have a smile on their faces. The esthetic of the hotel is beautiful. The food was good and enough variety for everyone. The pools are fun, for big and small. The bus to the beach is super well arranged. The beach and the sea is beautiful.

I do not quite understand the set up of the hotel. The complex is big and it contains different buildings. We booked a family room (we have 2 small kids) and our family room was literally next to the animation bar, where they play loud music (last night until 23hr). With 2 small kids, you dont want this. There is also an adults only section, and their rooms are far away and quiet from this bar…? But it was them in this bar enjoyed and singing loudly. So, if you have a young family and you are planning booking, ask them for a room as far as possible from the bar.
