Kos Palace

The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful especially Anna-Maria.

Too noisy as the music of the bar was too loud and open very late till 1 amSelection of breakfast was good but food wasn’t kept warm enough.

Staff was exceptional!! Location on Tagaki beach.Outdoor landscaping and entrance, lobby, and pool area.

The room was outdated with an old bathtub and misplaced shower nozzle.Breakfast buffet was repetitive-basically the same options every day.

Kos palace is in a great location...15-20 minute walk into Tigaki or 15 minutes drive to Kos town. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Not a great deal, and i am not a fussy person. The view from our room was beautiful, looking directly over to Bodrum.The patio doors were really good regarding keeping the noise out.

The breakfast was a bone of contention for me. Hot breakfast regardless of what it was was consistently cold. Cold eggs, cold bacon, cold beans etc ... the only thing which was hot was the crepes that was being made at the servery! The evening meal was a bit hit and miss regarding warmth. The rooms are dated and in need of some serious renovation.

The staff was very friendly, the beds and pillows are comfortable, it was clean and the breakfast was amazing. It’s a 20 min walk into town along the beach.

The people working in reception was very friendly and eager to help! They gave us precious tips and helped us booking our excursions.Property is very clean. Breakfast is nice.

This hotel is so great. We had very big and nice room. Hotel is placed at beautiful beach and also has great pool. Food was very tasteful, especially dinner. Whatever we ate it was good. Stuff was also very friendly and helpful!

a bit far from centre

Swimming pool was great for kids but also for morning exercise. Breakfast was epic, especially the custom made crepes and the eggs variations. Staff was great, every single one! The rooms were also spacious.

Location was excellent, right on the beach and about a 25min walk into the town.Breakfast was very good and a great choice.

Terrible wifi speed and coverage, same with mobile network; location was about 2 km from Tigaki so expect 30 minutes of walking on a busy road to reach it; no restaurants nearby; poor selection of food for breakfast and dinner

It wasn’t really the property, it was ALL the staff from a great guy who booked us in at one o’clock in the morning, to the receptionist in the morning, Cristina & Angela and all the lovely people who looked after us at breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were really clean. People at the reception was very kind and helpful. The location is good with an easy access to sea.

The quality of food at the snack bar could be better (for pizzas, at least). Having said that, there are several options available and spaghetti bolognese, for example, was good.

The beach

Being sold a 4 star hotel that was 2 star at best. Room was dated, bathroom was poor, shower head broken,and room filled up with water from the drain hole in the floor when you had a shower. Food was awful at dinner, breakfast was passable. Room cleaners left sheets on bed for us to make our own beds.!!!!!!Twice fresh towels weren't left, old ones were taken so I had to go all the way to reception for fresh ones as the phone in the room didn't work. I was told when I raised about the phone " YES SOME OF THEM DONTWORK !!! WTF!Not sure a hotel inspection has taken place in years to justify the 4 star.

It was very easy to reach by car and there was no parking problem. There is a tavern and supermarket next to the hotel. The fact that it is right across from the beach makes the hotel more enjoyable. The pool is ideal in terms of both depth and size. Additionally, the children's pool was extremely safe. This meets your need. Breakfast was fine. Thank you to Christiana and Angela who helped with early check-in. Deniz, says thank you and yasu :) They allowed us to swim in the pool until our room was ready and allocated an area for us to change. Such small details are always important.

The only problem was that the air conditioner in the room was not a solution to the air temperature. I think it needs a minor repair.

A little bit away from the city center.Breakfast was filling and had various options.

More transportation alternatives could be arranged by the hotel.

The family apartment room was comfortable with a lovely view. Breakfast was fantastic and the wait staff very attentive. The pool bar was really good, great food and great prices, also with lovely wait staff. The pool was nice and the beach just over the road too. There were a lot of waves as we had some windy days so swimming there was not as relaxing as in Agios Stefanos where we previously stayed, but still it was fun to jump waves and we had a great time watching the sunset from there too.
