I requested that my bed be changed because the one they gave me wasnt comfortable and that was done immediately

Simple breakfast that can be enjoyed by anyone

The smoking zone is too near the hotel that the smoke used to penetrate to the rooms. Us who have allergy to smoke were really affected

That you couldn’t care to help me get a room When I got a room when I got very sick when traveling there

It is clean and comfortable, clean bedding,safe car parking, friendly staff.

There should be a trolley at the door for clients to use when they have many bags,because it's a struggle to walk down the corridor to the last room carrying heavy luggage ,room 211 TV doesn't operate properly,no sound / voices just shhhhhhrrr sound.

There was a lot of noise from the pool area which management did deal with.

I liked the controlled access and how quick and thorough your security guys were.

Having no rubbish bin outside, I didn't see any. Travellers come into your hotel after being on the road for long surely thy have rubbish they want to dispose before going into the hotel. The less said about the company that does your catering the better.

Room was in order all good.

The restaurant was very cold at nighttime. Menu is very limited and takes way too long to be served

The facility is conducive and peaceful, clean and linen is clean.

Just if tv can have more Channels

Parking

Unruly crowds making noise in the parking and corridors early hours,of the morning.A terrible mattress that needs replacing.

Comfortable beds, pool was clean, friendly staff, food was good

Their utensils in the room, eish, dooi. Especially the kettle, so you can't even boil yourself some water to drink as they don't have water in the hotel rooms and you can't purchase water after 10pm

No room serviceI booked for a double bed... The bed was too small for two people... It was a bit noisy for my likely... We could hear the people in the other room

The quality of the mattress for two consecutive nights is was there and it was very bad to the point where I even fell off the bed at night, The noise on the corridor from other people and nothing was done about it

The bed was comfortable and the size of the room was good. Bathrooms were also in good condition.

The location of the hotel is very very poor. Staff need training. When we checked in at 3:30pm dinner plates left by previous guests were still in the passage, uncollected. Fire alarms went off during the night. No drinking water provided.

Room was perfect but the TV channels must be upgraded to Netflix, Prime video. Bed and Breakfasts they now have those streaming s in each room,.

I waited for quite some time at the reception as there were no one, then the reception struggled with the interenet i waited so long to get assisted.

Everything, location and convinience, close to shops and public transportation.. I'll definitely call again

The A/C at 309 the room I reserved and slept in.. Please maintain it.. Coz it was leaking

Room was clean and the bed in good condition. The linen was clean too. And I found the room ery spacious.
