Breakfast was good and fair for the price. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Daily shuttles offered.

Poor maintenance of rooms. Bed had springs sticking out of the side, sheets were dirty, shower caddy was loose and fell. Ov

The room was clean.

1. They were reluctant to give us towels enough for a family of four. We had to insist that each of us needed our own towels. 2. There was no water for a day and a half. The staff did not communicate with us or give us any information or update, unless we pestered them. At some point, they stopped picking up our calls. 3. We were also told that we could not get a refund, even in such a situation, if we decided to leave. 4. The food at breakfast was average and the cooks ignored me for a long time when I placed my order.

Worst ablution facilities

The shower was not working, toilets not flushing I left without bathing, when I asked for assistance I was told to call the general manager

Didn't have breakfast. My location was good.

Install smart tv so guest can watch what they want. my room didn't have tv remote, I had to put a cloth over the tv to sleep, that was unacceptable.

The parking was secure.

We got there and had to wait for a room to be cleaned. The room only had one set of pillows on each bed. The air conditioning was not cooling, and the room kept showing an error. We had to call to have the sheets changed as they had blood on them. The curtains were full of mold spots on the bottom. The lady at the bar had the flu and kept sniffing when we went to get a Coke (R45.00 per 300ml can).

Staff were rude, waited an hour just for dinner menus then food took about 2 hours.When we then tried to complain the waitress followed us to reception and showed rude, unprofessional body language.

I liked the comfortable beds

1. The shower in the tub, not convenient for everyone2. There was no fridge in our room3. The 3rd night there was only 1 big towel 4. Limited dstv channels5. Day 1 Friday very unhappy staff not welcoming at all6. Day 2 Saturday breakfast I asked if they had lamb sausages they said not today and didn't even try to make a plan only when my mum called then the next day they accommodated us but I didn't like the sausages and wasn't a variety on the menu for breakfast or supper also over priced 7. Day 3 Sunday when we came back to the hotel both our rooms were locked card wasn't working and we were told that we must have kept the card with the phone which wasn't the case

The hotel was good kids friendly and budget friendly I love good value for money.They came to collect towels while we were still in the bath I didn't like that.

Beds were comfy

Breakfast was average and started 30mins later than advertised and told on checkin. TV wasn't working. Not the cleanest.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 times . the past 2 stays have been extremely disappointing . Its becoming very Rowdy from screaming to slamming doors right through the night and early hours of the morning , Having a peaceful night is impossible which makes our stay an unhappy one .Will not be booking at this Hotel again .

Location was excellent..

Security at the entrance would do the check up outside the gate ..instead of inside increasing chance of high jacking especially at night as I arrived at night.. we really to him it wasn't safe rather check inside but didn't listen to us... the room was dusty..

Lovely stuff and great breakfast. My room was clean and in great condition. Lovely stay when you are traveling for work/school

The mattress was terrible, if one person moved, the other person moved as well.We barely had warm water.At breakfast empty jam jars were at the bread station and the coffee machine was not working.

Guyzz, your breakfast was superb even my kids were very impressed. Your Official who fix bathroom tubs is very good and caring and customer oriented. Please give him a meal breakfast bonus for a week.

The aircon did not cool the room. It was the second time that I have stayed there. I was in a different room this time and the same problem with the aircon.

We didn't have breakfast. Staff was very friendly and food at restaurant the evening was very good. Will see you again, thank you

The bed was comfortable

The food was late, we waited for 2 and a half hours and by the time we got the food, it was not very good. We did not enjoy the food. The meat was burned, and the lamb carry was too spicy.
