The TV reception was not good. I stayed 9 days and the reception was bad. There are flies in The dining area....

Great staff. Basics in place. Good Dinner buffet.

The layout leading to the rooms. Having to carry bags up and down little flights of stairs, not cool. Not to mention the very strange room numbering system!The broader area feels a bit unsafe and isolated for a hotel.

1. Breakfasts were basically the same every day. a bit more variety on fruits/salads/cold meats etc would be nice2. I though the Thursday night "local is lekker" was poor. Short rib meat was tough, boerewors was awful. I thought at least there would be steaks and chops...

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, they went out of their way to accommodate my aging parents which was really appreciated and I was given a free breakfast as I was celebrating my graduation ?

The staff was friendly and the food variety and quality was excellent.

Very old and dated hotel. Horrible beds. Impractical bathroom shower, dark & mouldy rooms.

The cleaner who cleaned the room on Thursday 6 March did a splendid job.

The food was cold. No one was making sure it stayed warm. The restaurant staff were not that helpful. AT one point, they sat us and forgot about us. Each time we asked about a dish, the waiter would have to ask the chef first. There isa need for improvement from the waiting staff in the restaurant.

Just beautiful. Well kept. Looked and smelt amazing.

Nothing about the property. Reception staff should explain to new comers how to navigate charging to the room. I put down R1000 deposit and used R320 not sure when the rest will be returned to me.

The breakfast had great variety and the staff was very friendly.The manager personally made sure everything was always OK.The upkeep on the premises was pretty good and everything was pristine clean.

No slippers or bathrobe in the room. Soundproofing in the rooms was poor (noise from animals in the garden, people in the corridor and plumbing sounds from the room next door were heard pretty loudly)

Room service took a bit longer than expected. On two occasions, no one picked up the phone. Had to go via reception / main desk. But this was really a very minor issue

The staff were the only good experience in that hotel, everything else was terrible.

Hi, I am so sorry to say this but I didn't like the hotel, I don't think that hotel is a 4 star should rather be 2 star, the staff were the only good thing I appreciated but the hotel room was terrible, 1stly there was no air circulation in the bathroom, it was stuffy and made me feel sick, shortage on towels for a family of 4, we were only given 2 towels, the aircon didn't work properly, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, there were so many tables in the room which took up so much space in the room, there were cockroaches in the room, the wifi was an 8 hour timed, the lift was so small and had to wait so long, I'm just very disappointed with the hotel room and will not recommend it to anyone else or come back to visit.

That I had to cancel and rebook my room because my husband was in a meeting with the card. The rebooking cost me extra, canceling the previous room cost me extra and then I had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours. The staff were very friendly, the way of doing things is not their fault but upper management.

Food need more improvement, chef must pull up socks. Parking not safe for hail.

Good facility for O/N business stay. Convenient location.

The stairs and having to drag suitcases up and down them !The singer in the bar on arrival was singing so loudly that it was difficult to talk to the Recwption staff.
