Location and serenity. Close to a few attractions.

Confusion upon checkout. Asked to downgrade to a lesser expensive room and stated I don’t mind about any price adjustments - front seat put me in a more expensive renovated room and surprised with additional cost upon check out. If it was disclosed up front I would not have taken the offer. $200 hit on budget

Great location and view, lovely staff. Great to be able to walk out the door and be on a hike. Stellar breakfast.

Rooms are a bit dated, but I didn’t mind. Can’t beat that balcony.

Very nice mountain view with a gondola ride next to it! Also has a restaurant with very good breakfast and excellent service from the staffs.

A little bit far from most of the tourists spots! No fan provided during the summer time and so you need to open the back door to cool the room.

We booked at the last minute after another reservation was found to be made incorrectly. We got a very friendly greeting and all went smoothly. The view from our porch was amazing. The next morning, more very friendly staff greeted us for breakfast, which was delicious and had many choices. We were also pleasantly surprised that the cost of the gondola to access the hotel was covered, as well as a discount pass for area attractions. The hotel is right across from the gondola station from Murringen, which was very convenient.

A support for the gondola blocked part of our view from our balcony. But that's how we got to the room, so we can't complain.

The location for hiking purposes was excellent just a short walk to the gondola station and trails. But most importantly were the beautiful views from the hotel. We had a balcony which was used daily. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was excellent and we had two delicious evening meals. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond from a service perspective.

Nothing to do with the hotel but Reuti had very limited services including no retail to speak of. There was only one other dining option, Hotel Reuti, which was excellent. There are very good options at the upper gondola stations which we took advantage of for lunch while hiking. Of course, one could easily jump on the gondola down to Meiringen for more choices.

It is very good located, right next to the cable car.Also, the room is renovated and the staff was very kind in general.The best Mountain view we have seen so far

There was a strange paint smell in the room and there were workers painting the wall right next to our balcony

Great location at the bottom of the slopes with good facilities. Particularly enjoyed the kid's playroom and wholesome food in the restaurant.

Parking, while included, is limited and it can be very challenging to get a good spot when you arrive in the afternoon as all are taken by early morning skiiers. Room humidity was also very low.

Food was very poor, not freshly cooked ,almost reheat cook in a bag style, maybe that was why the restaurant was not busy

Location is awesome. You can go up with the gondola (Rope way) and enjoy the beauty of mountain top which has a cattle barn. At the top food was good. Hotel had a restaurant which was also good. View is amazing, you can see Brienz lake, Brienz valley. Its close to Interlaken 30 min odd drive. People with family or people who like hiking this place is good.

Location great, breakfast average, beds comfortable, very dog friendly, balcony view lively.

Our rooms were a little tired but functioned well.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Very flexible when we had to make some last minute changes. Excellent location and wonderful views from the balcony.

Absolutely great location!! Not over crowded and touristy like grindelwald. The views from the room and restaurant were amazing! Soo nice to walk across the street to hop on the gondola to the top of the mountain or down into the town. Wished we had stayed in this location longer.

The location is close to the funicular bahn.

Staffs were so rude and unprofessional. When i booked this hotel it was mentioned that it has a mountain view. However, they gave me a floor on the lowest floor that the view was blocked by trees. The bathroom was so dirty and the whole room was stinking. The hotel was less than 2stars. I tried to change the room, but the staff were so rude and unethical !! Not only she was not helpful, even she started to fight with me !! They really don’t know how to behave with their guests. Not recommending this hotel at all.

The food options and varieties were decent. Wonderful location, the rooms with the balcony and with mountain/valley view was perfect. The staff were very friendly, informative, helping and approachable. The food was wonderful in terrace restaurant and ideal place to wind down in the evening enjoying mountain views.
