Hotel Reuti

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, and having parking inside the hotel with elevator access directly to the room was so convenient. The room was spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and a breathtaking view. The small kitchen was great for preparing quick meals, although there’s no stove. The bathroom was large and spotless, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome.

Very clean and well decorated suits .. the staff especially Markus was very friendly and supportive. The parking is safe and reserved for every guest.

There was road maintenance beside the hotel but for only one night. Also the breakfast menu was not matching our expectations. Also the way to get to the hotel is narrow and little bit risky especially during raining time.

Cute and well cared for

Very hot room and no fan, heave grinder road construction 50 feet from our balcony from 9 pm until 2 am. The whole room was vibrating. I wish I was joking.

- There is no telephone in the room- There is no slippers for the bathroom- The breakfast is delicious but there is no many options

Lovely hotel. Reception staff Marcel kindly greeted us with such a wonderful name and greeted us late Unfortunately, the view was at the back and was not on the mountain. We were late by half an hour for check-out. This was not tolerated by the very strict morning staff But in general, the hotels are beautiful and worth a visit

Best customer care ever, we arrived late and found out they reserved a parking place and table for dinner, super helpful personel, everything was great. Exccelent location, right near the cable installation (access to which was included in the price for the summer). The playgrpund near the hotel is a great asset when travelling with kids.

Clean room. Good car park. View from the window. Restaurant for dinner is tasty.

The breakfast is quite poor. But that's the norm for Switzerland.

the hotel is beautiful, located in the heart of the village, right next to cable cars. It was clean and everything looked new. Personnel was very kind, food was good.What I particularly liked were the little kindnesses like finding out my name was placed at the parking lot, so I had no troubles parking the car, table was being reserved under my name for dinner, extremely nice Spanish housekeeping girls on my floor etc.

it was a bit hot in the room. But I was there in the mid of the heat wave.

Lovely and cozy hotel in true alpine style. Beautiful and big rooms, beautiful terrace with magnificent views to the mountains, good breakfast, friendly staff. Free parking available and you get a free transport card for the area.

Wifi did not work.

Location was great and breakfast was exceptional. Friendly staff.

It was on the pricier side compared to other hotels, but it was worth it because we had a great stay.

The hotel does not have air conditioning. No fan in the room either.There were a lot of flies in the dining room and in the area in general

Staff was so friendly and helpful + rooms were exceptional , I think it deserves four stars not three.

Breakfast was the same for three days, they can make some different offerings.

Breakfast very limited no diversity. Alot of flies in the area especially in the dinning room.

The hotel is located in a great spot for travelers, next to cable cars that will take you up to the snowy mountains or down to the green village below, with great hiking trails all around in different difficulty levels. You can travel through the entire area by car, using this spot as your hub. The hotel staff is friendly and will provide all the information you need. The morning breakfast is very generous and the hotel operates a great restaurant and bar. So, if you are looking for an end-of-the-day beer or a good dinner, you have come to the right place.

The hotel is so good and clean and has awesome view , the decoration is modern and great , the staff are so kind and polite and the restaurant & cafe are perfect.

The location of the hotel is far away of activates and attraction places.The way of the hotel is hard to get.The door of the room can't be locked and as guest I have to be secured and feel more comfortable (pic attached).

Very friendly owner and staff. I like this modern rustic style. Very good breakfast. Nice restaurant! Room's humidity and temperature was perfect, very good for sleeping. One of my favourite hotel in this area.

Everything was perfect specially the balcony with the mountain view and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.
