It's a very beautiful hotel, great location, clean, spacious rooms, good breakfast, the owners are extremely friendly,

The location for our purposes was perfect. The price seemed reasonable and they had availability at the time that we needed.

The walls were paper thin and resulted in even moderate speaking voices being disruptive to other Hotel guests. In addition, the manager of the hotel was incredibly rude and disrespectful to my daughter, resulting in her breaking down in tears. This was the result of differences over the course of the stay in which my daughter had friends into her room and definitely could have been more quiet and much more courteous, but, as teenagers often do, they were enjoying themselves. My daughter apologized and was very courteous and regretful about the disturbance that was caused, but the manager was extremely harsh and mean and delighted in making her feel very bad about this, going so far as to say “go home and cry to your Daddy” when she broke down in tears. I called the hotel and complained about his treatment of her. All I received were a lot of denials and talking around the issue without addressing the fact that an adult person should treat a young girl traveling alone with more kindness. While my daughter‘s behavior could have been better at the hotel definitely, she also responded to their requests to not have friends over and to curtail her behavior in a courteous way.There’s no excuse for an adult berating and treating a young girl the way that he did.

Excellent selection at the breakfast bar, great assortment of kids games in a really comfortable lounge area, easiest access ever to the cable car! We'll definitely book here again.

Cosy hotel owned /managed by a family, which are very friendly and kind with the guests. We felt like home being there.Kudos to the waitresses in the restaurant, exceptional service provided for the guests. Food in special was delicious.The hotel is very well located, close to the ski lifts in the city.

The breakfast was great the food was great everything was ready the seats the area was so good I recommend this to anyone that wants to have a good time. There restaurant is also extraordinary. The hotel is a family run business the workers were great they are all hard workers they speak English very well and always are nice to everyone.

Hosts were more than helpful and the location / restaurant etc. was great. Good choice of menu and would return again! We booked last minute and couldn't fault the owners. Great family run atmosphere and made to feel very welcome. Owner went out of his way to help us. We really enjoyed the local lake for morning swim. Thank you for everything!

I don't think there were any USB's in the room, could be wrong. It would be a good addition to the facilities of the room to have these installed for convenience when travelling around as we didn't realise the style of adapters we had wouldn't work in Switzerland (we had the European style ones). Our fault for not checking this first.

Hotel is amazing, family who owns the place is very kind and helpful. Rooms are nice, good breakfast, fantastic location. It’s very good place to stay and for sure we’ll come back once.

Rooms are simple, no refrigerator, very small shower

It has a very good view. It is on top of the mountain.Very cozy and cleaned. We had our stay for 4 days and 3 nights and it turns out very well. They had a free breakfast which is good and very accommodating staff and owner.They are very nice and friendly.

The restaurant and lounge were beautiful and the views were amazing.We arrived as the kitchen was closing but the chef still prepared us a meal.

Amazing staff, very kind and helpful. Practical and comfortable rooms. Great location for skiing as access to the ski resort is just across the street. Very good restaurant.

we arrived around half past eight in the evening, we wanted to eat, but we did not get dinner at the hotel, because they served dinner only for certain group of people, and there was no possibility to eat at the nearest restaurants either. although the rooms are clean, they require renovation, especially the windows and doors. the toilet seat is broken. the hotel is definitely not worth its price.

The Dutch owners were delightful and friendly. The hotel has been modernized and had a cool vibe in the common areas. The breakfast was pretty standard. No complaints there.

Value for money is correct as for Switzerland. It's a very cosy place allowing to head out for numerous attractions in the area. You can clearly see that the owners/management/staff put their heart into running this hotel and take care of the details, atmosphere, friendly and relaxed vibe of the place.

Breakfast was good enough too, however it would be nice to see some more veg/fruits and less queues to the buffet/coffee.

Nice location, accessible by public transport. Friendly people working there. Breakfast was really nice with a lot of choices. They are dog friendly, but there is an extra fee.

Towels had holes in them. Coffe machine was extremely nosy. In the middle of the first night we were awaken by some loud noise, it was a ventilation in the bathroom which fell, because it was holding on tape... Food at the restaurant was okay, a lot of pre-made dishes. First time was served a dish in a jar at the restaurant... Fridge in a room was not working well and was loud.
