- Somehow there was a mix up in the reservation. We made the reservation for 4 people and received the email confirmation for 4 people. But When we arrived at the hotel there reservation showed only 2 people. Not sure what the problem occurred.
- The bathroom door was loud, did not buffer sound into the room, and did not close properly.

very beautiful view from the hotel, we love the location, and near the hotel, it is easy to find a place for dinner. The breakfast is also good. The staff are very friendly.
A light in one of our rooms suddenly broke free, sparking and short-circuiting the house's electrical circuit. Unfortunately, there was no staff on duty during the night.
Everything was sooo nice, special thanks to the lady in the reception she was super nice, friendly and helpful
I hope they had more options for breakfast
Amazing location and groundsVery large room w kitchen and great bed
It was very warm weather for the Alps so was forced to open the doors and windows to stay cool. Unfortunately this led to onslaught of black flies. Screens would solve this or at least fly paper
i liked the location of the hotel, it is very secluded and it is super calm over there. it is very close to the best nature spots. the breakfast sitting area outside is outstanding
the balcony chairs are not comfortable, the breakfast is not good at all it is very poor and there is nothing really to eat. there are plenty of big insects around the hotel. the bathroom is not closed and the toilets are open to the room which is not very hygienic.
We stayed in the tent and what we like was the tent was rather large and could fit our luggage and still have easy space to walk around. The public restroom was good and had what we needed. There were outlets in the tent. The view was great!
The tent was not set up on even ground so I was getting dizzy everytime I woke up. The beds were set up in a way on a slope that all the blood would move to the right side if my brain while sleeping. There were a bunch of bugs already in our tent, found a few spiders in the beds and about 5 slugs in the tent, but not surprising I don't think since it's outdoors, but still don't understand how so many got in prior to us arriving. There are no shower facilities from what it seemed like. Beds were split in between a pole. Very uncomfortable sleep because kept hitting My leg on the pole when I moved.
Quiet location. The hotel is cosy and feels like home. The view is beautiful. Parking is easy. Our stay is amazing.
We stayed in the tent. So the only problem is using the bathroom and toilet. Also the zipper for thw tent is really annoying to open and close. Everything else is great!
Clean
No screens for windows No ceiling or portable fans on a hot day No workers after 8pm
The location was beautiful. Our family of five stayed in the top upstairs room and there was plenty of room for all of us. My kids loved the loft! It was great that there is a restaurant on site so we could just relax.
We loved our stay. The breakfast was delicious. The shared bathroom dorm room that we had plus the room itself was clean and tidy. The surroundings were nice with views of the mountains. Highly recommended and staff were lovely and smiling.
The pillows were far too soft and actually felt cheap alternatives you could feel all the individual cotton balls in them please replace them with good quality expensive ones. I understand the dynamics of the hotel being apartment dormitory style but I still would have lived a TV in the room as well as a hair dryer, tea coffee and kettle station, especially because I paid £1,300 over 3 nights. Knowledge to where one can find an iron and ironing board in the hotel if they have or at least if I knew I could bring one with me. Maybe a guest information folder in the rooms will be a great help and the website not being in English and a bit complicated to navigate and so I couldn’t find information I needed about services offered. Lastly we weren’t aware, though the hotel is close to lake Brienz, it’s actually very high up a mountain so lots of twists and turns to reach to the top which I wasn’t expecting. Once up there it’s a nice view though. But perhaps make this clearer in adverts. All this is so management can improve and use as constructive criticism. I would be delighted to return. Also many inconsiderate guests parking where cars have been parked over a bay or taking too much space right outside hotel which could have allowed another car in if gap was smaller. Many thanks for having me!
The location, room and building were great. The building seems to have been refurbished in the past few years to a good standard.
The breakfast is poor, they don’t clear the tables and they don’t keep the food and drink topped up.
Location and reception staff
No doors to the bathroom
The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The view from the balcony of the Alps was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious. Just a shame the restaurant was closed on that day
The restaurant was closed for dinner. Check in was quite slow
We loved the location and the property the views are unreal
The hotel bar & restaurant is closed Monday & Tuesday so unable to get drinks. I definitely recommend you take plenty of food and drinks with you as there’s no where close.
absolutely everything exceptional. we recommend it 100%.main point, the kindness of the staff.! Lovely people ! and the icing on the cake, the restaurant food! Congratulations to The Chef who surprised us with so much talent, taste and kindness. ?
There could be a microwave in the room (traveling with babies :))
I can’t ask for more about this hotel that I booked randomly just before my departure from China. Everything for me is extraordinary and above my expectation. The property is so well designed and decorated, it’s more like a Private guesthouse than a hotel, everything is unique and with great taste. The staff working here with warm heart and good service attitude. Always willing to help, they work happily like a family, which makes the guests feel home immediately. I arrived very late on the first day, and Pablo welcomed me and introduced me everything and show me around, he even prepared a special drink for me, the chef Simon, he is a very young but very creative guy . He prepared a lovely breakfast for me that I feel so privileged. And also the manager Jule , another chef Ivo, the ski instructor Adam ,etc. I’d like to give my great gratitude to everyone of them, this is my first time to Switzerland, when we talked and feel so connected like friends, I will come here again and stay with them! The surroundings are also very beautiful, it’s just in The Valley of Alp Mountains , you can enjoy amazing Alp view from your window on the bed! Which is incredible. I stayed two nights and I would like to stay longer . I had a great memory at Wetterhorn hotel and highly recommend to all my friends ????❄️?
the location is good. they have good mountain view
the dinner is just so so. only pizza is provided.
Glamping was a good experience. We arrived late and they had left us the key in the front desk, which we appreciated it!!!There are nice detail around the hotel!!
The shower I used didn’t drain properly
